Went here, no one was behind me. The staff asked me to wait around the front. Took them 15 minutes to make the food and take it outside.

Fries were cold.

Staff asks you to wait in the parking lot so they dont get hit with slow serve times???

Staff is a mix between polite and rude but anytime there's this specific manager I know my order is going to be wrong or missing items. The main issue it that manager. No accountability, always rude and its to the point I won't bother coming to this location. Which is a shame. I always come here after visiting the parents....been coming here since the place opened.

Wendy's has always been a favorite. Love everything about it from customer service to their food. Place is always clean and the employees are awesome. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, Guarantee you'll leave satisfied and with a smile.

Food: was warm and seemed to be out for a while.
Services: horrible drive thru employee was rushing to get the order even when asked for a minute to look at the menu. He kept repeating what can i get you every 5 seconds. Lol it was not busy in the drive thru for the rush.

Unfortunately, I purchased a solid that had meat that was spoiled with black spots on it when I called the store to notify them that they may need to check the salads and that I wanted a refund I was only given the option to get different food as you can imagine I’m pretty grossed out and honestly not feeling that great so see the pictures for yourself.

It’s hard to rate the service and the atmosphere. It was late and we went through the drive through. But the person working drove through was nice and the building bookies new, clean and it seemed like a good atmosphere. But the food was just sad from the soggy bread! We parked in the parking lot so it didn’t sit long in the wrappings! To the flavorless meat & how small the patties are the double burger I got was small I thought It was a joke. Then the flaccid fries soaked in grease and stale! Why is it ok to sell bad food. Wendy’s has been getting worse over the years. Unapproved they are still in business. This will be the last time I ever eat here.

ridiculous that me and other customers were told that we had to order thru the kiosk .when I try too the item I wanted was not on there. Go back to the front and the same lady told me she can ring up that item and everything else I have to order on the one kiosk that is working.So I would have to wait in line again,ya no.service was a joke! no stars.

Cashier at drive thru forgot condiments...again. I gave this Wendy's another try... Food is standard Wendy's except when there is no catsup, even when you ask for it twice.
