Use to be open at 630am I went in the drive thru and waited a while. sign says open. Then someone finally said they don't open till 730.

It says that they close at 1:00 a.m. I got here at 12:20 and they already told me it is closed because they don't want to serve anybody it seems to me they are very unprofessional I would not recommend coming here

⭐ 1 Star — and that one star is me being forgiving.

I genuinely don’t know what’s going on at this Wendy’s location, but after four separate visits, all after 9 PM, I’ve hit my breaking point. Every single time, something has been wrong with the order—every time. Missing items, incorrect items, or food so old it’s honestly shocking it was served.

The buns were hard and crusty, the meat was dry, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. This wasn’t a one-off mistake. This has been a consistent pattern on multiple late-night stops, and it shows a complete lack of care or quality control.

I can’t speak for the daytime crew, but late-night service at this location is consistently the worst fast-food experience I’ve had anywhere. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly baffling that this keeps happening.

I’m leaving this review not out of spite but to get attention from management, because something here needs to change—urgently.

Is Wendy's upping their game? Their app is easy to use and the employees (at multiple locations) are nice and helpful. Is Wendy's trying to become the Chick-fil-A of beef or trying to be a M&A target of Chick-fil-A? Regardless, keep it up Wendy's!

The service was terrible! I feel like the workers don’t listen to their customers. They messed up my order and supposedly redone it but when I got home it was still incorrect. Now I know why they didn’t have customers.

Horrible service food took 20 minutes and I only ordered 2 things the girls were constantly looking at me and laughing making me feel unwelcomed. I finally had one guy give me my food and he was really helping definitely the best part of the store although will still not be coming back.
