Everyone that works here is amazing! Dulce Lucia and the other workers are amazing friendly and always have a smile. There breakfast bagels, donuts and coffee are always fresh a delicious.

I placed an order a couple days before my daughter's birthday of 2 dozen donuts (and paid). We picked the type of donuts we wanted. The day we went to pick them up. The person had no idea what we were talking about. They didn't have anything ready. He had to call the manager to ask. Since there was nothing ready. We had to pick whatever they had available. Which they didn't have what we wanted. They had Halloween designs, which it had already passed almost two weeks ago. I'm very disappointed with this place. Very disorganized. It took a long time to get the order. The server was Diego L.

Originally i thought Lucia was being rude and not answering my questions but it wasn't that, she was unable to understand what i was saying. I feel bad! there should be a manager or owner at this location to assist with customer service.

Stag of very friendly and fast. I go almost every morning I love that they have cafe de canela . Really brings out the Latina in me . And also don't miss out on the bacon avocado melt . It hits the spot every time

Thought i'd be enjoying a fresh baked donut this morning , but i was wrong. I found a hair in my donut and it was unpleasant...probably never coming back to winchells again and never recommending it to anyone either. Horrible. Gross. Disgusting.

The services at this location is horrible. As I was on the phone answering an important phone call I told the manager - Mary if I could have a minute and stepped to the side. At this point she made a face and threw my food and drink in the corner because apparently she simply couldn't wait for me to finish my call. Once I finished my call I walked back to the register and proceeded to try to pay, when an employee approached me and was about to charge me and when at this time the manager - Mary stopped her and said no make him wait in Spanish. I assume the manager - Mary thought I did not speak Spanish and I replied saying why are you going to make me wait? At this moment I got upset based off her behavior, unprofessionalism and rude customer service and as I walked out another customer made a remark saying - "there customer service seems horrible".
