Never going back. Got serious food poisoning from this place. I been sick for 3 days now.....I gave them too many chances. 9/10 times food is cold undercooked. I hope this place gets shut down honestly.

Everytime I order here something goes wrong..my order either has something missing or its wrong. today was the last time I order here. Today I waited over 1.5 hr for my order. my doordash got tired of waiting so he canceled but he was waiting over 1.5 hr ! That is insane.

Hello!! I think this place could definitely use some work, however the food was good and my order was correct despite the astronomical amount of people coming in. I paid 48$ for 3 meals and received my food 20 minutes after ordering... I don't really care though because like I said a ton of people! The place was clean and the staff was patient with angry customers and kind to everyone!!! I would say come here early and with patients in mind!

ROACHES inside my french fries! BUGS! BEWARE! I ordered from DoorDash and I found multiple Roach pieces inside my french fries. I am very disgusted and have yet to have this problem solved or refunded. Either way, clearly the kitchen is dirty and infested with Roaches. The dead bugs are probably cooked and fried with all of the food. I am completely grossed out and will never eat from here again.

Literally the worst experience with this store I ordered online and two hours later I still hadn’t received my food so I called asking for a refund and they just give me the run around and said to call back next week so I call back next week like they said and they still wanna play games management is all over the place. I was very patient with them and for an almost 50 dollar order that was never received most people wouldn’t be.

Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty bathroom! I don't want to imagine how they have the kitchen. They don't have a trash can to throw it away, everyone leaves the trash on the tables for the same reason, how is it possible that they don't have a trash can ? homeless people come in and the employees don't care, they don't pay attention to that! First and last time in that branch ?

Absolute trash food, they literally have a whole rack of pickup orders sitting there ice cold nothing keeping your food warm and my veggie sticks were hotter than my wings how’s that possible? Most definitely don’t recommend this trash spot. Inside is always messy and smells too I don’t see how anyone eats in there.
