This has to be the slowest, understaffed, most POORLY managed wing stop I have ever experienced. The staff here is totally chaotic and the manager couldn’t care less. They know they’re so backed up and have no care in the world when you show up 30 mins after placing your order online and you still have to wait an additional 20-30 mins !

This has to be the slowest, most POORLY managed wing stop I have ever experienced. The staff here is totally chaotic and the manager couldn’t care less. Tried going here to dine inside and get ONE order of 8 wings for myself and was rudely and dismissively told that it would take about an HOUR to get 8 wings cooked…what??? I can honestly say I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes or so at any other wingstop at any other random time I’ve been to another location. Go here if you want the worst service possible,rude staff, and insane wait times, otherwise avoid this mis-managed mess. This location needs new management asap!

Came to wingstop at 9 pm. It was closed, I called and they said they were no longer taking orders for the night! Lazy and makes the restaurant name look awful!

This customer experience at the store was preposterous. We waited for more an hour; ordered at 4:11 and recieved at 5:32 to be exact. I went up to the counter various time and recieve the responses, "we are working on walk-in orders as of now", "your order should be getting bagged", and "wait a bit of time". Eventually, they told us that the ticket got burned in the kitchen?? This has to be a health code violation. An employee reassured us that our order was put on priority. However, we waited aproximetly 10 more minutes. We spoke to an employee that expressed her concerns that there was confusion in the kitchen and they were severely behind. Even after ALL THIS, we had ordered a large ranch which was not even included in our bag. I had to go to the counter and they argued with us saying a mistake was not made. We had to bring the bag to the counter and watch them check to prove it. There was no compensation offefed for this encounter and the staff was no help, no apologies were offered. My lunch was unwillingly turned into dinner. This location is poorly managed and clearly a mess.

My experience at this location was so unpleasant that the word horrible can not entice how it truly was. I spent around one hour and 45 minutes waiting on an order. I made many appeals to staff at the counter and was told various excuses. "Walk-in orders are being worked on as of now." "It should be out soon." "It is currently being bagged." After a tremendous amount of time we were told that our ticket was burned in the kitchen. Is it being implied that tickets are close enough to fire to be ignited? Especially around food? This is grotesque. An employee said that supposedly my order was now the priority and should be out in 5 minutes. Contradictory to this, it took more than 10 minutes for it to come out. That is not all. I ordered a large ranch which was not included in my bag. I told an employee and was told to double check, and then to bring my bag up to the counter. A few more minutes were spend checking the register because they doubted it even after everything. No apologies were spoken; the closest being told that the kitchen was a mess and severely behind on orders. This location is horrendous: the floor near the sodas is very sticky, the floor near the counter is oily and slippery, the trash near the straws was overflowing.

They made my fries so salty that I couldn't eat them. ordered bbq and they gave me lemon pepper wings. I should've checked right away but when I got home I was left without dinner.. bummer

This is my second time coming here, the food was great, the staff was helpful and prompt, they call out names several times to make sure people pick up their orders and are very helpful. Will be coming back.

This has been the best wingstop experience I've ever had the customer service was amazing and very personal. The food was the best we have ever had it was so fresh and seasoned. The inside of the store was extremely clean. I cant recommend this wingstop enough it is much better than any others in the area. Thank you and keep it up

Really it makes no sense to go based off of the app/website if they're still going to have you wait another 10 minutes after you arrived expecting to just pick up your order. Terrible service!

The wait was horrible, and the service was decent, they were very unprofessional. The food was good, and very cheap for the sizes and portions, I would come here again, but with lower expectations than i already had before.Vegetarian options: There doesn't seem to be any vegetarian options
