I still like Yogurtland but they just don't have the flavors like they did before the pandemic.

We just went there and the place was completely dirty. Floors, tables the yogurt was leaking all the way to the floor. My son had to call out for someone to come and charge us. But we had to clean with napkins the place where they weight the cups because it was so dirty. When the girl came to charge us she didn't even wanted to talk. We couldn't even hear what she was saying. Super bad service and dirty.

They have a lot of options to choose from. The toppings here are fresh and good. Nothing was old/stale. Good customer service.

Always a favorite stop, love love love the cheescake yogurt its flavors definitely vary and you have for all tastes! They are always friendly and willing to assist, seating is limited and if its a crowded day theres not many places to go and eat it peacefully before it melts, but if you get the quiet hours you pretty much have it all to yourself!

Terrible customer service, I asked the person filling the toppings for sample cups, cus the cashier was helping a customer having trouble to get a cupón on her phone to Finnish paying. And she said to wait for the cashier, I had to hold on yo my walker over 10 minutes to wait for sample cups that I ended on getting them from the same person after asking her for the second time, when I told her to give them to me if the cashier was stock with a customer. By the time I got them there were like 10 people in line , when it was only my daughter and when we walked in.
False advertisement! Got the Yo frappe flavor and it tasted 100% rotten/sour! I assume they forgot to change the flavor sign or something, but I can't stress how it ruined my mood and almost ruined my appetite too. BEWARE

My family and I were here on 8-24-2024 a little after 11 a.m. From the moment we stepped in we were acknowledged and greeted by the staff. After we were attended my wife and I noticed that the young workers cared to keep the place sanitized, neat and clean. This is by far the nicest Yogurtland we've been to. Thank you Denise & Victoria.
