This place is disgusting, melted yogurt all over the machines. Yogurt was running. One machine broken. Looks run down. Never will I be back. So disappointed. Good thing Menchie's is close by. Go there.

I don’t typically leave reviews but today I visited with my kids???, the girls in there were so helpful and sweet ?, the young lady that helped me was Emily she looked like she enjoyed doing her job she was so patient!!? She was helping me create a account, the store was clean and welcoming to my kids, I overall would recommend ?

This place is not clean! At first, we didn't think there was an employee there either. Then we realized she was sitting at a table, chatting with a friend. It's not only messy but it is dirty. Makes you wonder how well they handle food and fruits in terms of cleanliness.

Got here on 10/7 at 9:50pm and doors locked and girls inside would not look at us. When I knock they came over and said the machines do not work but you can try them as they smiled and chuckled! They everything cleaned up and chairs put up...They definitely closed the doors and cleaned way before the 10:00pm closing time! SMH!

I don’t typically leave bad reviews but this is now the 2nd/3rd time I’ve been in here with my kids and had a bad experience. Machines not working is understandable but we came in today at 8:00pm and my kids wanted hot fudge. The cashier was standing right there and I told her the hot fudge is out, and she stood there and just said “oh ya”. Instead of getting more. She just left it at that. Like I said this has been the second time this has happened in the last 2 weeks. I will be taking my business else where. Spend money elsewhere

Went in two days ago and got 2 of their convenience cups of almost full yogurt and it came to over $31.00. I was in shock. I asked "How much?" and the girl said "Well, you almost filled them up." I paid because they were already in the cups but I'll NEVER go back.

I walked in two days ago and grabbed 2 cups from the stack sitting on the counter. I almost filled them with both mango and tart white yogurt. When I got to the register, the girl said it was more than $31.00. I was in shock. I said "For 2 cups of yogurt? You're got to be kidding!" and she replied "Well, you almost filled them up." Seeing as how I had mixed flavors I had no choice but to pay for them. But I will NEVER go back.
I went to Yogurtland and it was the most horrible experience I have had None of the areas was clean itdirty and messy most of the machines were empty up. This is the worst experience I don't think I will ever return here.

Dirtiest Yogurtland I've been to in my life! Couldn't believe how dirty everything was: the counters, the tables, and floors all sticky with spills. Health dept would shut this place down if they saw it in this condition. My kids got their yogurt before me, but if they hadn't I would have walked out. I felt I needed to pay at that point but wish I could have walked out bc the toppings counter looked so dirty - as if it hadn't been wiped in more than a day! The fruit toppings seemed spilled onto each other. The kiwi didn't taste right. I got the vanilla ice cream and my daughter the rocket one and the taste was off. Wondering if they're using expired yogurt product - I'm hoping we don't get sick from how unsanitary this place was!

So the owner decided to get much smaller cups and no lids for wednesdays only. This is the worst ran yogurtland in the area by far. I cant believe how cheap the owner is by getting rid of the regular size cups on the fill your cup day. Hopefully contacting corporate will help. what a jokeResponse:The employee said the lids were in the back, but that the owner has informed employees to not give lids out on Wednesdays anymore. Other Yogurtland locations have the regular size cups still for Wednesdays. Even before the smaller cups, we used to just be charged the amount of weight if it was below the 7.99 mark. That was changed too by "the owner" to now charge 7.99 per cup regardless of there just being a small amount in the cup, say for a child. Overall just very poorly ran

Have been coming here for years ... this location has always been clean and the employees have always been friendly. It seems the store is down to the same one and new employe that may have not been trained very well. Been here 2-3 times in the past 2 weeks and have never seen it so dirty. Every time, at least half the machines are broken or not on and the toppings and the floor are equally dirty. It wasn't crowded and this place looks like it's been completely trashed. This new employe might need to be trained better or maybe hire more help because this guy looks like he's absolutely exhausted and needs help running this place.
