Drove through ai service? Kept asking for large plate , ai replied with bowl . Couldn't put in my order . Had to drive up to window to order . Took longer to get my order .

Stopped by for lunch got the COMBO meal with Tokyo fried chicken and teriyaki ribeye Wanted the udon noodles but was never asked so I ended up with steamed rice ( which was cooked perfectly ) and 2 tempura fried shrimp 🍤 the Tokyo fried chicken was burnt and had no taste The teriyaki ribeye was really good ( just wish I would have got more sauce ) the shrimp 🍤 was good and I would definitely get it again. The restaurant was pretty busy, but they still got the food out very quick.👍👍

We did drive through this time and the food was actually pretty good and the service was fast. There were a lot of people in the parking lot eating past midnight and so we were a little iffy about pulling into the drive-through. We placed our order. They were pretty fast and there was no long wait times.

This place has gone from bad to worse! All the way around. Food stinks and don’t look right. Place is always filthy dirty, tables, floors & restrooms. Last time for me…
The original beef bowl with steam rice missing beef sauce .it was very dry .and meat not like before ..less...I don't mind if price goes up as long as quality and quantity is not compromised . The Tokyo chicken not cook well. It's still hard n uncook.

When you go at night beware they give you cold food. I decided to give them a second chance and they failed me again!!!. In the afternoon you have a bigger percentage of getting hot food. Manager go under cover at night and taste the food please!!!!!!!
