A cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and rich coffee. This local eatery has grill items like breakfast burritos that are made to order, and they feature a selection of muffins, coffee cakes, and bagels. I recommend trying out a Pooh latte which is a honey and cinnamon latte, using real honey made from a local monastery. A perfect blend of sweet and spice, tastes really good iced and with almond milk.Service is exceptionally friendly with the staff instantly making sure they make up for a miserable (my burrito on one visit was taken by another visitor, but they instantly got me a new one made right away), and they remember your name and make you feel at home, which to me is very special and something you don't exactly find at a Starbucks these days. So if you're on the eastern side of Lake Forest, I strongly recommend checking them out.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Vegan burritos and other entries available.Dietary restrictions: Dairy alternatives like Almond milk available, vegan menu options available.Parking: Parking is part of a larger strip mall next to a Ralph's grocery store. Be mindful if you intend to enjoy dining in that the store front parking spots are capped at 30 minutes or less, and some of the parking spots to the northside of the venue is intended for the nearby recreation trail.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomed and you can keep them entertained with complimentary board games that they have available.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility parking with ramps available. Loose chair seating with plenty of space between tables. Double doors, manual opening.

Preserving what a cool coffee house should be is accomplished here. Great service...very patient staff. Quality coffee and coffee add-ins. Plenty of indoor and patio seating. And LIVE music ? open mic nights on Wednesdays to get the community together. Fun!

First time trying 3rd place. Wanted to give the talked about "Brochacho" burrito. It did not disappoint. We were very happy with the service and quality of the meal. We did one with red sauce and one with green. We both swung toward the green and it packed some heat on a cold rainy Sunday morning. 3rd place is now on our frequent visit list.

3rd place coffee is 1st place in my book. Quality you can taste! Thank you for delicious coffee, it's my favorite part of the day. I'm definitely coming back to try some food, too. Cute decor, could totally spend hours hanging out here. And the service leaves you with a smile!

Love this coffee shop! We've been in twice now and the staff are super friendly. The brochacho burrito is delicious and so filling - it's our go to! I also love the iced tea and iced coffee - and you can't beat the $1 refills if you dine in.The vibe inside is really welcoming - it's a fun place to hang out. They have games to play and coloring pages for kids. Definitely a great local coffee shop!

Brochacho Burrito is a top breakfast burrito in Orange County. I'm convinced. The burrito itself combined with the red salsa. Done! Also, don't skip on the chocolate macaroon for under $2. Best deal in town with the crazy prices that we are seeing these days. Tasty as heck and good sized. Owner is a stud and a good guy.

The service was amaze workers wrre so sweet the matcha was high quality but I dont think they used matcha whisk because the matcha wasn't fully mixed in and a little clumpy but the flavor was pretty good. Alsooo the vegan bagel was good but kinda boring it needed like a sauce or something to flavor it more but solid

This place is great! I stopped in because I needed to actually pull out my laptop to do something and this was the first place I saw. Total fluke. The staff here is amazing! They are knowledgeable about the food and drinks they serve. Everything seems to be made from scratch, including the coffee syrups and flavors. The food menu they have is pretty extensive. Quiche, breakfast burritos, baked goods, all look delicious. They called more customers by name than anyplace I've been in a long time. They had a really consistent flow of people and it is no wonder why! They take the time to chat a little with everyone. Then they are really fast to get you your order. Something else I have to add. Most places you go now have a counter person that looks annoyed that you are making them work, and then expect you to leave a tip. I have always been in the restaurant business, so I feel bad leaving nothing, so I leave a $1 or a minimum tip at say, the other coffee place. Here, I happily tapped the 22% button. They were that friendly and attentive.I leave very few reviews, but this place wowed me that much.I'll 100% be back!

The staff is great and very friendly and greatly appreciate that. Unfortunately the food was a miss. It wasn't busy or I would be a little mindful. My husband got the brochoburrito and I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side. Unfortunately his burrito tasted sweet even with the salsa. Not sure what caused that. I'm the bagel was extremely dry. Yes I understand cream cheese on the side would result in this but I'm saying through and through the entire bagel was dry and tasteless. The best way I could compare it to would be to a stale old dry crumbly cake style donut. The pastries looked good and so did the coffee. Maybe next time we will just try the coffee as it dies appear they have some interesting creations and likely and area maybe more focused on
