RIBBRO BBQ [Foothill Ranch] offers solid BBQ with great smoky flavor. The brisket is really good, moist, and falls apart with just a fork. The ribs and brisket are tender, and the pork belly burnt ends are absolutely delicious and tender. The Great Brisket Barbecue Sandwich comes with tasty coleslaw and potato salad. The mac n cheese is weirdly sweet, but kids still liked it. The dirty rice is very very good. The Secret Barbecue Sauce has great flavor, and the mustard bbq sauce is a favorite. The store is cute, clean, and thoughtful, with a handwashing station, a great selection of bbq sauce, and a pickle station. The Beverage Bar has crushed ice and multiple iced tea and soda options. The staff is super kind, helpful, welcoming, friendly, and customer service oriented. One lady does a little bit of everything and is very attentive and nice. The chef turned on Cocomelon for a child. The owner or manager gives good advice on what to order. Free garlic toast comes with every meal. It is neat and clean, and the food is ready really fast. Best Barbecue in California.
