Found this place earlier this week and was intrigued. I got the pastrami sandwich, meatloaf sandwich, salmon chowder, and butternut squash lasagna from the fridge.
I warmed up the pastrami for lunch when I got home. It took about 3 bites for me to reach the conclusion that it was legitimately one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten.
I am glad I found this place, and I will be back for more!

What a gem! The owner is so nice and the selection of food is fantastic. We got the sausage breakfast burrito and it was delicious, the turkey sandwich was moist and very flavorful (get the chipotle aioli!), and the curry chicken bowl was an excellent balance of flavor. If you're heading into the forest ville area and looking for an easy, delicious lunch, this is your spot

A La Heart catered for my wedding at a family friend’s home in Forestville last weekend, and they did the most amazing job! They can do full service catering or drop off, and we did their full service, which meant all the food was finished on site and so fresh and delicious! Our guests raved about the food, like the mango, Brie, and poblano pepper quesadillas and beef sliders with blue cheese and caramelized onions. There was more than enough food, it was replenished seamlessly, they took care of my always- hungry GF guest very well, they made sure everyone always had fresh food and drinks, and communicated very clearly and promptly about all the details beforehand. I was nervous as we couldn’t taste the food before since we leave outside of the US, but the quality exceeded our expectations- including those of my chef husband! Mariana, who answered all my emails, also helped organize all the furniture we needed to rent and where to put it all, which was so helpful as we were at a private home and hadn’t done anything like this before. If I ever need to find a caterer again, I’d use A La Heart for sure! Thank you so much for the affordable, delicious food and so much help making our wedding happen! I’ll add photos later if the official photographer took any- I’m afraid I didn’t. Thank you!
