I visit A La Heart once a week to get some pre-made meals, a latte, and sometimes a sweet something, like this Caramel Apple Scone, which I apologize for being a half-eaten picture but it’s FLAVOR inspired this review. Beyond scrumptious. The food is always delicious (the soups are my favorite) and the owner is so very friendly and welcoming. Aside from the food it is also a great place to shop for an artisan gift. 10/5 stars for A La Heart!

Baked goods, prepared meals, fun things to shop for, desserts and treats, super healthy, great prices, one of the best places I've been to in Sonoma county and one of the best food stores I've ever been to. You absolutely have to go.

A La Heart catered for my wedding at a family friend’s home in Forestville last weekend, and they did the most amazing job! They can do full service catering or drop off, and we did their full service, which meant all the food was finished on site and so fresh and delicious! Our guests raved about the food, like the mango, Brie, and poblano pepper quesadillas and beef sliders with blue cheese and caramelized onions. There was more than enough food, it was replenished seamlessly, they took care of my always- hungry GF guest very well, they made sure everyone always had fresh food and drinks, and communicated very clearly and promptly about all the details beforehand. I was nervous as we couldn’t taste the food before since we leave outside of the US, but the quality exceeded our expectations- including those of my chef husband! Mariana, who answered all my emails, also helped organize all the furniture we needed to rent and where to put it all, which was so helpful as we were at a private home and hadn’t done anything like this before. If I ever need to find a caterer again, I’d use A La Heart for sure! Thank you so much for the affordable, delicious food and so much help making our wedding happen! I’ll add photos later if the official photographer took any- I’m afraid I didn’t. Thank you!

Stopped in to see what this new restaurant had to offer and was delighted to find good food (curried chicken & minestrone soup) and everything I want or need from bath balls to doggie toys. They offer a good selection of Sur La Table type of kitchen items suitable for gifting or self-indulgence. I can’t wait to go back to shop there!

My husband and I LOVED working with Mariana and Gaia at A La Heart Catering for our wedding. From the first meeting working with them was a enjoyable experience and they worked within our budget without a problem. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the staff was professional and took great care of our guests, and they handled of all the set up and clean up in a timely manner. They also handled all the rentals which was such a relief. I would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU GAIA and your staff for making our wedding fantastic!
