The little town of Forestville, California has a very little bakery, called Nightingale breads. We were staying in Sonoma and drove for pizza at the Sonoma pizza company. I am a bread freak, and I saw this little place so I went in. The most amazing breads I have ever had. They also did scones which were amazing as well. I had the most amazing pecan cherry baguette that I have ever stuck in my face. It was their special bread of the day. I went back the next day to get more only...

Epi Baguettes are one of those showcase breads that is incredibly hard to make well but can be incredible and at Nightingale they are the best. Nightingale is absolutely worth a visit.
