Smoke on the Water is a new barbecue joint in Fort Bragg that has quickly become a favorite in the community. Located in a food truck by the harbor, they offer juicy brisket, tender tri tip, and fabulous onion rings. The friendly and attentive staff make the dining experience even better. Although they tend to sell out early, the delicious food and quick service are worth a return visit. The small but diverse menu includes must-try items like the brisket sandwich, perfect for enjoying at the calm harbor location or for takeout.
