The Wharf - Fort Bragg Reviews
After visiting the recently reopened Wharf restaurant on two occasions l can say that the food was ok- the service is unimpressive. At our first visit the table needed wiping and there was a sticky glop on one of the chair seats. We waited almost 20 minutes to be given menus then waited an additional 15 minutes to order. The food came quickly- we had fish and chips- it was passably good. We asked for some malt vinegar and were at least 15 minutes into meal before it arrived....read full review
We called to reserve a Ladies Night. Small gathering of local women to reconnect. The Wharf was ready for us with a section reserved and a cute little Ladies Night drink menu. Above and beyond in service all the way around. The manager Terrie was amazing!
amazing view, and even more amazing food

The Wharf has new owners, and the food and service are much better than before. The atmosphere and service are great, with friendly, not rushed service. The views from the tables are beautiful, and being right on the water is a nice way to end the day. The place has been remodeled and looks good. The food is incredible and exceptional. The burger, fresh clams, wings, and ribeye are all good, but the ribeye is the favorite. The spicy chicken wings are really good, and the fish and chips are enjoyed. The wings are nice and crispy with Mango Habanero sauce. The chowder is liked, and the Chicken Caesar wrap and Cod sandwich have good sized portions. However, one ribeye was almost inedible, with no flavor, like a piece of rubber, thin, and not worth the price. They do charge for bread and butter. The service can be distracted, with one waiter needing reminders for drinks and the bill. The bar is good, and the vibe is relaxed and comfortable. The Wharf saved a couple on New Year's Eve, with warm, kind, and genuinely accommodating service from Rafael and Gina.
