It was a good place, and definitely worth the price to eat in it. The options change often, but hamburgers are served everyday but they can run out. There are helicopters and tanks by it which is awesome

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! As long as they are old enough to talk for themselves they could go whenever. If they are too young then a guadarian could order for them
As far as Army chow halls go, this is one of the best. The food is not wonderful but the portion sizes are large. The salad bar options are extensive. The soldiers who run Blackhorse are professional.
I'm RTU here for LTP. The breakfast staff was courteous. The biscuits were the softest biscuits I've ever had in a DFAC in 18 years. The Jalapeños were fresh. The overall area was impeccably clean!

Thank you DFAC Manager and Staff!
