“I ordered 2 chicken tender baskets mozzarella sticks, I ordered at 1902 and my food didn’t arrive until 2042. I was told it would be at most 40 minutes to arrive at the door. My food arrived an hour and 40 minutes late my food was soggy and cold, when I called shockwave to find out why it took so long they said the driver was delivering other orders first, I did not receive any compensation. If I wanted cold crappy tenders I would’ve just bought frozen ones. I recommend no one orders for delivery, if you can’t manage it don’t offer delivery. I called again the next day and they gave me credit for a free meal so that’s why I raised my review”

“It was a good place, and definitely worth the price to eat in it. The options change often, but hamburgers are served everyday but they can run out. There are helicopters and tanks by it which is awesome

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! As long as they are old enough to talk for themselves they could go whenever. If they are too young then a guadarian could order for them”

“Service although slow is great. They could certainly use more help on certain nights of the week, such as Wednesday when they have all u can eat wings for $15. Wing selections are great, and of course the beer selection is fantastic!”

“Made a larger order today. The staff was more than accommodating, smiling and laughing as they were making sandwiches. They were in the middle of cleaning and it was really nice to see their restrooms were in order. I love coming here for a sandwich and having a great staff makes it an even better experience.”

“I find myself going here sometimes for lunch and I never have a bad experience. Sometimes there are a lot of people in line and occasionally it takes a while to get up in line to order. The people are pretty consistent and accurate with the orders. Sometimes they will forget to put in the sauces but I always check before I leave so it’s no big deal. If you like fried chicken then this is the best option on base.”
