Gridiron pizza operates out of a food truck on post. They have orders for delivery and for pick up. They are probably the most readily "available" food truck at Fort Irwin. Their pizza is solid and you can add almost any toppings you want. On game days or any type of rush days, I would recommend ordering in advance. I ordered pizza probably a year ago and wasn’t a big fan of it. However I tried it again today and it was way better! Price was reasonable, I ordered it at 7:10 right before they closed at 730 and it took about an hour. I was unable to pick it up and I was very pleased with my order and the quality of the meal. Fort Irwin is a tough place but happy for those businesses that serve us.
