The spicy lamb is astonishingly delicious and can hold its own against a mom and pop Chinese restaurant showcasing this savory specialty. Kona Tea’s dish has hints of Szechuan peppercorns that enhances the flavor of succulent lamb slices perfumed with earthy seasoning. Overall, I am glad I took a chance and found an establishment on Fort Irwin that does justice to Chinese food and Asian cuisine in general. I will be coming back.“
