Gridiron pizza operates out of a food truck on post. They have orders for delivery and for pick up. They are probably the most readily "available" food truck at Fort Irwin. Their pizza is solid and you can add almost any toppings you want. On game days or any type of rush days, I would recommend ordering in advance. Better than Pizza Hut on FT Irwin. I don't know about the food truck, but the pizza from the restaurant is good. I'd give their pie a 5.6. Undercarriage not bad, crust has a little crunch, but for the price, it's good to have once in a while. Although, it is CA. So if they went to another state, ingredients, and price would be better.

There's not much to say about this place but the pizza is good enough, I'll say. Probably give it a 4 stars. The prices are a bit high. If you get the personal pan pizza, it's probably not enough to fill you up. I recommend getting the large for $16 bucks. There are some TV's and arcade machines in the establishment though.
