It’s a nice location to have a boba. It’s near other food court items and is a rest area to stop at. The staff is great and the prices are reasonable. There’s always merchandise drinks are really good.

Nobody at the counter waited for 10 minutes. There isn't a line and there isn't any customer service available

Got a dirty dr peeper and a matcha they both were made terribly. Dr Pepper was extremely sweet and the matcha was water. It was better before the rebrand when it was Kona tea

I really enjoyed the food from this place. Spicy but flavourful. A fusion of Asian and Hispanic in a well balanced mix.

I ordered a burrito it's not your traditional burrito but you will definitely enjoy their burrito has tons of flavors it has a sweet sauce with steak and rice, the strawberry smoothie was absolutely delicious. Service was great.

Ordered the grilled cheese with chicken and the meat was spoiled

So, the food was better than ok. I like the idea of Asian/Mexican fusion. I was excited to see the shop in Barstow because my wife loves boba. I received my order, then the manager noticed that one of my dishes was missing the meat component. This was fixed before I left which is great. The problem was the manager started confronting an employee. The conversation went like this:"You guys can't let stuff like this happen."The girl then responded in the affirmative."Do you have a problem with that? You can go home."This was inappropriate and the wrong way to act as a leader, especially in front of customers. Please patronize the business but, be better than me and call out terrible behavior if you see it.

Worst service ever took over 30min on food worker where eating pizza while taking orders. 1 single person making food while others was just sitting around. Order a strawberry slush and my drink was given to someone else. I ordered shrimp tempura ask for dipping sauce and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Worst service I have ever experience. I guess that’s what you get when you ordered food for a train station/ grey hound station. Would not recommend it to anyone spent almost $100 for their food my mistake.

All I got was a honey dew drink with boba and bursting cantaloupe balls but the service was quick and it tasted great!

Had some of the best green tea of my life and the spicy lamb plate was platinum

I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a place that shares space with the likes of Taco Bell and Charley’s Subs. But I could not have been more wrong. The spicy lamb is astonishingly delicious and can hold its own against a mom and pop Chinese restaurant showcasing this savory specialty. Kona Tea’s dish has hints of Szechuan peppercorns that enhances the flavor of succulent lamb slices perfumed with earthy seasoning. Overall, I am glad I took a chance and found an establishment on Fort Irwin that does justice to Chinese food and Asian cuisine in general. I will be coming back.
