I went today and all the ladies were so nice I ask them to prepare Demogorgon drink and it taste delicious 😋 thank you!

Best coffee great customer service

It was 1725 but they already closed down and it was post to closed at 1730 😩

Customer service has definitely improved..looks like they brought in some new staff. It’s a great spot to relax, with plenty of outlets for charging your laptop and free public Wi-Fi.

I came in 9/16 waited 15 minutes for tall latte I had to leave and Tod a barista I’ll be back in a few to pick up . When I returned I let her know she told her manager Stephanie I was there to pick up . She had a sluggish attitude and gave her a cup. I waited 10 minutes and asked her how long it would (25 minutes total) Stephanie replied (mang) you’re number 5 it goes in order . I replied no I’m not waiting I wants refund so she said ok I’ll be right with you after I take care of him , the gentleman let me go in front of him and at that same time the barista called my name , Stephanie shouted pour it out she wants a refund . I got my latte and asked her her name she said with some sense of authority I’m the manager Stephanie have a blessed day! I commented and said I’ll be calling corporate. Needless to say Stephanie work ethics /customer service is horrible , she should not be serving if she can’t handle her duties and customer service .

Every time I try to come by they have the drive thru closed. Saves me the $20 plus each time because I’m not dragging kids in but makes 0 sense they’re not that busy.

They are always friendly, and they've always gotten my orders right, but I suggest ordering ahead of time in the app because they are always busy.

Just another product of consumerism. Their "coffee" is frankly just sugar

probably by FAR the WORSE customer service at starbucks i’ve received i go here nearly everyday. i’d consider all of the employees here - in a category of mcdonald’s customer service. anytime you want/need anything ( MORNING EMPLOYEES )M-F. i come about 7:00… RUDE ! always snarky. the two employee i’ll say I LOVE ON MORNING. the mananger on duty, and the lady who just came back from maternity leave - don’t
know her name. she’s the best. do better starbucks employees !

The 1st time I came I got a chai tea latte hot, grande. Was good, like other locations. The 3rd and 4th time I came I ordered the same thing. Each time the drink was watered down or milked down. There was more milk than chai. I asked for an additional pump of chai hoping it would make a difference, but no it was still "watered" down.

This not the place to be productive. The baristas set the volume of music so high that noise cancelling headphones are not effective. Good place to chat, horrible for working.

This particular Starbucks it's perfect in location. Very convenient for the instalation personnel; as well as, the rotation units. Great customer service and fast service.

When I order decaf they often times don't give me decaf... if you don't have decaf tell me. Thanks for all the headaches.
