Kiosk ordering in the friendly city.

They have huge signs saying they accept EBT, yet they do not accept EBT and will ask you for your order back if you try to use EBT. You need a special kind of EBT that is not explained anywhere. The staff that unserved my friend were super rude. They probably just threw the food in the trash.

Absolutely terrible. I was traveling with my 9 yr old and 7 yr old. Aside from the fact I had to use your stupid self service to order said food. I didn’t know I was an employee. My name was never called, in the end I had to go up and ask for our food after waiting over 20 minutes only for them to say “oh here it is behind the counter.”
The clerk offered to remake the order but by then my kids were restless and we were on a time crunch so we ate your lukewarm slop. We definitely will never be returning to BK.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Today about 11 am at burger King in fortuna ca. I went in to order , there was myself and two other ladies trying to order. The young man that was supposed to help us was on he's iPad phone talking about his cell phone that was lost / stolen while on duty. He was very upset & went off the deep end. He gerked the door to the kitchen so hard it slammed into the counter, then kicked the front glass door open .he went out in the parking lot to continue talking on his iPad. He returned & kicked the front door open then kicked two wet floor signs so hard they flew up & one sign hit the two other customers in the shoulder & neck area. The whole time yelling and cursing. I tried to call customer service to make a complaint but none of the numbers I called was answered . My name is Linette menzel.

not paying $3 each for a doggy patty their always a dollar any other bk i've gone too... get food pay says thanks drive thru doesn't even acknowledge me saying thank you talking next order on mic. ? lady was rude usually a guy that works thets nice and friendly sad part is she is probably the manager and makes other employees life hell won't be back for a $10 whopper that's soaked in mayonnaise

Thank you to the staff today Sunday, July 28th around 3pm!!!! Even when your short staff, you still had a smile and apologized to us, customers. And my food was hot and delicious. It dis not taste rush. Sorry you all were short staff but I appreciate you honesty and friendliness. I did not mind the wait. ?

Here I am in Fortuna CA eating at Buger King. The store was clean, my food was fresh, order came quickly, and employees pleasant. I don’t eat at fast foods restaurants often, but usually tables are dirty. This one was well taken care of.

Had to wait 10 minutes to order 1 meal. Had to wait 25 minutes to get my meal... Only got it after I noticed a person who order 15 minutes after me got there meal before. When I asked why the grabbed a hamburger and said it was mine. After eating my meal I headed to my car and an employee approached my vehicle saying they had my order that was definitely not what I ordered.

The crew where on their phones and didn't give a damn about customers

25 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. Corporate is wanting to speed up the drive through line by making everyone park in the parking lot.

One car in front of me now and I’ve waited 9 minutes and still waiting for an order for one person.

This is super disappointing and took up my entire lunch break. What a JOKE and a waste of time.

They actually have better employees now, but the wait is horrid.

Drive thru had everyone put to the front. The team had either a whiny voice or a wanna be city accent that was non understandable. The food soggy and flat. Burger King work on your PR skills and the visual presentation of your food
