On October 13, 2025, I went through the drive-thru at Burger King to order an Impossible Whopper meal. When I got home, I discovered that the patty was undercooked and raw inside.

That evening, I called the restaurant to report the issue, but no one answered. I left a message and never received a call back. The next day, October 14, I went to the restaurant in person to request a refund.

The manager on duty, Malique, who said he was the highest-ranking manager at that location, told me I had to come inside because he didn’t want to “up his drive-thru time.” After being inconvenienced by having to enter the store, I was then told that he would not issue a refund.

During our conversation, I mentioned that I have a severe dairy allergy and that I did not want to reorder another Impossible Whopper after what had happened. Malique responded by saying, “Why are you even coming to Burger King if you have a dairy allergy?” His attitude and comment were unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory toward someone with a medical condition.

I also asked for the contact information of the district manager so I could report the incident, and he refused to provide it.

This entire experience was frustrating and concerning. Serving raw food is a serious health and safety issue, and the way this situation was handled reflects extremely poor customer service. I hope corporate management reviews this incident promptly to ensure accountability and prevent similar treatment of other customers in the future.

This burger king has no more cashiers in lobby to take my order. Instead, they’ve decided to install funky kiosks. The final straw for me was not being able to use U.S. Federal Reserve Notes to pay! Instead of money, Burger King was trying to force me to succumb to paying with credit/debit card.
At that point I was done and walked out. I won’t be back until they get their minds right and accept money.

They didn't put any lettuce on any of the whoppers. They didn't say they were out. No one should be spending money on incomplete food items.

looks like they stopped fixing this place up 20 years ago. The people that worked here were super rude. Food was sloppily thrown in the bag. Would definitely not recommend.

They have huge signs saying they accept EBT, yet they do not accept EBT and will ask you for your order back if you try to use EBT. You need a special kind of EBT that is not explained anywhere. The staff that unserved my friend were super rude. They probably just threw the food in the trash.

Absolutely terrible. I was traveling with my 9 yr old and 7 yr old. Aside from the fact I had to use your stupid self service to order said food. I didn’t know I was an employee. My name was never called, in the end I had to go up and ask for our food after waiting over 20 minutes only for them to say “oh here it is behind the counter.”
The clerk offered to remake the order but by then my kids were restless and we were on a time crunch so we ate your lukewarm slop. We definitely will never be returning to BK.
If I could give zero stars I would.
