We ate here a couple years ago and are planning a trip from Albany, OR to Santa Rosa with the steakhouse as a midpoint destination because we enjoyed it so much! Great food, great atmosphere, looking forward to our trip in two weeks!

Stopped by on our roadtrip because we were craving a steak. Place seemed quite chaotic. Service was slow. But that's okay because apparently half their employees walked on their shift. I felt bad for the server. But what kind of business are they running where that many people left at once?
Food was extremely bland. I think they give you so many starters so that you don't realize how mediocre the entree is. We had the filet mignon and it looked so sad on the plate - especially for the price.
The star is only for the server because we felt bad.

Whack interior design. A mix of rustic cowboy and christmas year round and thrift store. I was TOTALLY ignored by staff even though I had a reservation. No server for 25 minutes. I've been here over the years and its been going downhill. They lost their good chef and now the food is mediocre and overpriced.

The atmosphere was fine, with old school charm. The bar tender was nice, attentive and friendly. The bloody Mary was excellent! However, the team in the restaurant side were having troubles with their POS system and chose to make that a priority over providing service to their guests (primarily us). We sat unnoticed for about 10 minutes!! NO hi, we'll be right with you... NOTHING! We decided to leave and as we walked by the two ladies at the counter, they DIDN'T even acknowledge that we were leaving! So, I can't review the food because we didn't get to have any! Sometimes a simple acknowledgement or an apology is all that's needed! We actually found a great restaurant in Eureka so it all worked for us!
