I love these delicious and nutritious meals. It’s so nice to have a meal prep service locally. The meals are great for my work lunches.
Great meals!!! Tasty, convenient and local. Thank you!
I love their protein balls (small yet mighty!), juices, chia, and meals!

The place has friendly service and great tasting food. They have a little table and chairs to sit and eat so you don’t have to be in the car. They have chia pudding, sausage and wild rice soup, soups, salads, juices and creative clean healthy option. The owner is kind, knowledgeable and support about health. They is glad to have a local creative healthy option. Five Stars.
