I ordered the Fajitas and paid extra for all three (steak, chicken and shrimp) and it was well worth it for $20 -includes 3 corn tortillas, chips, salsa, and bottled Coke. Generous portions and good ratio of meat to onions and peppers. The service was fast and food was made to order, it came out fresh n hot in less than 10 minutes.

Great food. Friendly and fast staff. Huge portions! We should have split meals! The burrito is big enough for two. Great chips and guacamole too! My boys both ordered two flautas but one filled them up!

As a Texan I wasn’t expecting to find such great food out in the middle of California! The food came out super fast and everything was so delicious. The man behind the counter was also really friendly! I especially enjoyed their birria tacos and chicken enchiladas. Only thing I could say is the carne asada meat combo was not very tender. The prices are very reasonable for great portions. Overall great food!

After asking a couple friends for their recommendation for Mexican food I ended up here at El Paisano. They have a Birria Pizza special for $13! I was planning on Queso Birria tacos but yes please, give me the pizza. They had a personal version for $6! Who has anything for $6 anymore? It is delicious and an amazing deal. The large was easily enough for 2, maybe 3 adults.

Moved here from Mendocino county, tried all of the Mexican restaurants in fortuna, this one being the last one we tried. I got picky kids, we tried the birria tacos at every restaurant and this one by far is the best one. The size and price for their birria tacos make it so worth it and the taste is a bonus! The family who works here is so kind and very nice. The gentlemen who works at the register is also very sweet. I will be going here again and again.

I have eaten here dozens of times and the food and service has always been awesome. The Chile Verde is excellent in a burrito. The Quesabirria Tacos are amazing. Highly recommend.

The best super burrito I have had in many years. The fountain soda machine was set with enough syrup which was a surprise as recently I have noticed many places sodas are not too good. The chips and salsa are solid. The chips are perfectly cooked. The location is in a shopping center and lots of space for seating.
