Came in on Sunday at 11 and waited 45 minutes outside, with our drink orders taken at 10 mins of waiting. Didn’t get our drinks or orders taken. We were acknowledged but they just seemed to forget about us. The owner made some rude comment about getting the menus ourselves after she asked if everyone was helped outside and I said no. We just left.

Hot Brew has become one of our favorite restaurants and we have recommended it to friends. We first went there about 6 months ago, we went back because we could bring our dogs, sit outside, and enjoy trying different plates. The owner and staff are very playful with pups, brings them food and water. It was raining today. We left the pup at home and sit inside. The owner was our server, she is always full of energy and friendly.

My husband decided to actually take us there for Breakfast instead of me hearing how good it is he took us so I could find out for myself. The parking lot was roomy the morning chill was burning off and of course I was instantly attracted to outside patio....still a little cold.....Needless to say we were GREETED with the most AMAZING SMILE from the let's call her AMAZING HANNAH..any employee that truly loves her job of serving people and being part of the Team! I can not say enough how our waitress held it together with a smile and ease when I started to notice in her eyes hidden tears when I payed attention that some other higher up team player meaning her floor supervisor like absolute trap for no reason or rush as she was taking care of her area as well as other customers and if that means making a patron feel appreciated by engaging in AMAZING customer service..... we were not the only ones who noticed your unappreciative rude tone that you used with only this employee making it uncomfortable for not only us but others. You should be so lucky to have an Employee that loves her job of working with the public..... and only because of HANNAH will we come back. Shame on you. Amazing Service Great Food Nics Atmosphere besides the nasty supervisor I am assuming.

I'm loyal to the Veggie Wrap, made with homemade hummus, toasted almond slices, avo, spicy aoli, and veggies -zuccinni fries for the side. Another pull comes from the possibility of a fiercely gently spurring if you're lucky enough to encounter the wee part-time rooster that makes an occasional appearance.

This was such a great surprise. What a gem! Everything was wonderful. Ok is fresh squeezed, we got the regular steak which was so tender and the chicken fries which you could tell Was hand breaded and again so tender! Worth the side trip!

Placed a Togo order over the phone and was told about 30 minute wait (on 2 items) given it was the weekend I understand it gets busy, however, I waited an additional 45 minutes inside the restaurant after paying for the food. After opening the food when I got in the car I noticed the salad had very little chicken. The Chinese chicken salad is usually my favorite, but i was so disappointed this time around. With how underwhelming my experience was, I’m unlikely to make the drive here again.

The owner and staff are SUPER friendly and inviting. They treat you like family and it’s so fun in there. The food is SOOOOO good! I had a breakfast wrap, my wife had cinnamon roll French toast and my son had the Philly and it was all delicious!!

This place has one bathroom that inadvertently gets locked and I was told by the manager that she had “other priorities” when I asked for it to be unlocked. My elderly disabled friend was suffering at the locked door and the manager was extremely unkind. It’s a long standing problem that they just don’t care to fix. Also there is outdoor carpet leading from handicapped parking that is not attached to the cement. Such a trip and fall hazard. Not to mention how loud it gets. No way to converse inside but if you sit outside you will not get service. Just avoid this place altogether. I made a special trip in to talk to the owner and she could care less.
