I love this ice cream, been indulging it's creamy texture for a couple decades. HOWEVER, the best part are the ingredients...very few and I NEVER GET FOOT & LEG CRAMPS... Please, please never change, modify your ingredients or processing...

They're the only company that makes BITTERSWEET Chocolate ice cream. It's organic, rich with real cream, dense like gelato. Watch out, you'll eat the whole pint in one sitting—better buy two, just in case.

My rating is based on the magical quality, flavor, texture, and value of Humboldt Creamery's organic ice cream. The past couple years Trader Joe's stores in the Bay Area have carried some of their ice cream products as limited buys. In 2016 they carried the one quart containers at a super low price ($3.99). In 2017 TJ's carried 1 HC's pint containers for only $1.99 in vanilla, chocolate, mint chip, and coffee. These prices were much more affordable than any...
