We went to stay at this hotel right after Christmas and it was a really lovely spot! There was a slight mishap with the billing but the manager, Elyzabeth, was such a gem in helping us and got it sorted easily. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are wonderful. The bartender and front desk agents were genuinely kind when we had a million questions. Great room, but underwhelming casino experience. Dining during our stay was limited to a brightly-lit cafeteria-vibe hamburger joint, and that was disappointing. I'd have paid for a better dinner or breakfast, but none was to be found on our January, 2022 stay.

Motel was very nice, clean, good parking and efficient check in. Cafe Restaurant in process of remodel so food selection somewhat limited. Gambling was enjoyable. Location and view excellent of Elk River Valley.
