My family stayed at your casino for the first time this weekend. My daughter and I surprised my husband and son in law with a fishing charter. What should have been a fun-filled, relaxing weekend, was not. First, One of your security guards in the casino asked my daughter for her ID. She produced it for him. He accused her of having a fake Id and would not give it back to her. He went over to the cage to get it checked out. Told her he was going to cut it in half if he deemed it fake. Another employee said it was real and gave it back to her. How humiliating and no apology was given. They need to be better trained on the security features to look for. 2nd, on Saturday night, my daughter called the front desk 3x because the people above were stomping and pounding all night. Was told they would take care of it and it still went on all night. We were suppose to wake up, have breakfast and gamble . We were going to stay till check out. They were so exhausted and grumpy, they left at 8 am because they had a 4 hour drive and wanted to get home to take a nap. I have called 3x and been told managers only work m-f business hours and also told all management is in Vegas at a training. Your business was apparently suppose to run with no issues since no one was left in charge to make sure customers were happy. $340 for a hotel that was not fun or relaxing. Management did reach out but did not seem to care. Said they would investigate and get back to me but never did even after multiple emails.

Motel was very nice, clean, good parking and efficient check in. Cafe Restaurant in process of remodel so food selection somewhat limited. Gambling was enjoyable. Location and view excellent of Elk River Valley.

We went to stay at this hotel right after Christmas and it was a really lovely spot! There was a slight mishap with the billing but the manager, Elyzabeth, was such a gem in helping us and got it sorted easily. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are wonderful. The bartender and front desk agents were genuinely kind when we had a million questions. It's in a nice tucked away area with great views so you can quietly relax during your trip. You need to have the waffle breakfast, the whipped cream must be house made because it is the most delicious kind that we have ever had! The fires in the lobby are lit during the cold so its very inviting and there is a gas station in front of the hotel full of almost anything you can think of if you miss packing it for a trip!

We spend some time here every month. The staff is very friendly. I think they know us by now. They have a good burger combo. Friendly staff.

Great clean room that was modern, clean enticing casino and game room. There were self serve sodas and coffee which I appreciated very much. I ate at one of the restaurants and the food was very good, loved the fries especially. Overall the vibe was very warm and everyone seemed friendly. In terms of spending the night, the rates were either comparable or even better than the usual places that I stay at which are on the order of Best Western Plus or Holiday Inn or the lower Marriott properties. And they have free EV charging which essentially shaved off $30 or $40 from my overall expenses and saved me the time for going to a charging station. I charged my car while I slept! Great entry point to the Lost Coast and if you have an EV it's a great way to start a Lost Coast trip with a full charge.

We have been coming here for about 5 years and it has always been a decent experience until this last stay. The food at the River's Edge was terrible. We had breakfast one day, and ordered room service one night. The omelet my husband got tasted like it was made with powdered eggs. They were out of hash browns (how does that happen?) I don't even know where to start with the room service. You have to call the front desk to order room service, which makes no sense. We called to ask if you could get soup for room service and were told no, then when we called to order the woman asked my husband if he wanted soup or salad!!!! When he asked what kind of soup she said "I don't know ". Not let me find out for you, just I don't know, so he got a salad with blue cheese dressing. We get our food and his salad has no dressing! He calls and says he didn't get his blue cheese dressing, when the person shows up at our door she has a bowl of blue cheese crumbles, no dressing!! We just gave up at that point. His fettuccine had some kind of burned cheese chunk on it, at least that's what we think it was. My meatloaf was more like salisbury steak, and was covered in some dark brown substance that was supposed to be gravy (I think). I didn't think you could mess up on mashed potatoes but those were not good either. $20.99 and I only could choke down a couple bites. There were no good machines to play on and of the ones we did play on, we had issues with half of them. The first night we went to the bar I ordered a drink and a shot. I was told that I could not have a drink and a shot, even though I was paying for them because it's against the rules??!! I've never heard of such a thing in my life! Then later on my husband and I saw other bartenders selling drinks with shots! I guess it's all about who you know. The saving graces of this place and the reason for 3 stars? The Express Cafe' has amazing food and staff, we loved every meal we had there and the staff was always very helpful. Barry the bartender, he was so nice and made great drinks. The kitty cat robot server (Bella) in the restaurant. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. Not sure what's changed, new management? Hopefully they are able to turn things around. Not sure if we will be back.

Worst experience ever. Customer service was 0/5 . The staff was unresponsive and showed no concern about my complaints. We stayed one night for a track meet The band was playing under our room, people yelling and running up down the hallway, walls were paper thin. Got maybe 2 hrs sleep. Why stay here if you want to sleep after a long journey . What a waste of money. Up

Was happy to find something open late. Was looking for something somewhat healthy- ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. Veggie-wise, a step up from J in the Box.

Well it started out ok but the front desk person verbally stated my room number upon check in. AC sorta worked after we messed around with both the control and the unit itself. The doors to the rooms slammed shut regardless of how you closed the door. The toilet seat and lid shut the same what as the room door, loud AF. One of the elevators was on the frites aka out of order. It didn't help that people decided to meet in the hall by the room and be loud, when there is a lobby that they possibly could have meet up at then go to the room(s) at 2 AM. Then shortly after a couple was in a shouting match of who was going to kill who. Other than that the beds and shower was good.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. Check in is at 4 and when you arrive you are greeted by a rude uptight elderly woman who obviously hates her job. She has no customer service and gave us the worse room hopefully you never have to stay on the first floor. The rooms are close to staff quarters and all you hear through the night is the doors slamming carts being dragged across the hall. Staff have no ethical responsibility to be respectful towards the guest.

Clean and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Bartender was great. Armando at the host desk was the best. Both on the phone taking our reservation (we wound up cancelling and then calling in again) and then when we got to the hotel and at checkout. If you get a chance to have Armando help you out he's the best.

I was pleasantly surprised by our room. It was very nice, clean and very comfortable. Mary and Stephanie at the front desk were so personable and accommodating. Housekeeping made sure we had what we needed. Everyone in the restaurant and casino really go out of their way to provide guests with a great experience. Kudos to the pasta chef.

Hotel- check in was pleasant. Room was surprisingly nice. It was clean and modern. Bathroom was decent with a large shower and comfortable bed. View of the parking lot. Casino- staff and dealers are super friendly. $5 blackjack and $10 pai gow ! Had a great time. No smoking was a huge bonus. We didn't try the restaurants because we had other plans. If I come up to this area again, I'd definitely stay here.
