If people were more respectful to the staff, they'd likely not encounter errors. The only times I've ever had "poor" service is when they're overwhelmed. Anyone who's done service work knows service is an equal transaction between customer and employee. The staff here is much better than a majority elsewhere. Everyone's just trying to get by; we'll all keep trying to be better people.

I only go to McDonald's when everything else is closed. I was wondering when I ate my breakfast of a food like substance. Why the US likes McDonald's. Number #1 is price. McDonald's is no longer cheap. I choke on the prices! #2 is convenience the hav built one every 100 feet across the continent. So convenient to almost impossible to avoid them. They are fast. When I'm going to eat junk i don't want to wait for it. I'm not looking for a gustatory delight......I want something I almost can toss down my throat and move on.

It's a McDonald's. The food and the atmosphere are the same that you will get anywhere. The people that work there are amazing but they don't get enough respect. Be kind.

Total rip off, you order the $5 deal and then when you get there they charge your kid 13 dollars, when they pick it up for you, for cold soggy fries, cold hard chicken nuggets and a very poor hamburger, saying OH we don't have the deal. Even though the deal is advertised online for this location! Total

I had a mobile pickup order and wasn't given my drinks. Had to ask for them and then wasn't given enough straws for each drink. After we got home we saw they hadn't given us any sauce that was part of the meals we had ordered. This is the second time they have forgot our drinks in which we have had to either ask for them or go back inside to get them. This is also the second time they didn’t give us any sauce. Go to Burger King instead.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered apple pie with my order, instead I was offered strawberry pie. It was already packed inside the bag when my order came. The strawberry pie was cold and had gone bad, probably sitting on the counter too long. The fries also were old and stale. I suffered thru a severe stomach ache because of this food poisoning.
I was told that I have to wait another 8 minutes if I wanted the apple pie. I should have known better..

We stopped at this McDonald's while traveling towards Eureka. The manager here treated everyone with such an upbeat attitude that we forgot few minutes we are at McDonald's. Very clean lobby and restrooms. But again, the amazing positive attitude of KENGI made the experience special!!!
