Poor customer service. Staff hardly acknowledge you exist. They make small talk about their personal lives, which I wish I didn’t have to hear and is not professional. Of course there’s no bathrooms for me to wash my hands before I eat my food.

I ordered thru the app and there was a small issue with my order. I sent feedback and heard back promptly from the store owner. They were courteous and communicative. I will definitely return to this location! The customer service is awesome.

Dont order mobile, They marked my order ready for pickup, but when I got there they hadn't even started. no worries I said and sat to wait while they continued to help the guests in line. what really pissed me off is they continued to help people arriving after me, including another mobile order. I didnt get my order until an hour after I placed it, unacceptable.

Food is fine here. But the girl with acne has a very poor attitude. After a 6 hour road trip, my family showed up 30 mins before close and ordered two sandwiches. There were other people in line ahead and after us.
My wife asked if we could eat in and the acne girl said they were closing soon, so my wife asked again, and acne girl said “ Like I said, I guess if you want but we’re closing soon”. After paying $18 for both sandwiches the acne girl turned to her colleague and said to him “they’re eating here, ugh” so my wife opted for takeout.
Not the best attitude for someone working in retail. Hence my 1 star rating for service. The young man handled the situation better and just let acne girl vent. She needs a personality tune up or just find a new job.

Says they are closed and for my convenience I can drive like 150 mile to the next open location if I want some ( the recommended one being poorly run and maintained)

Subway in fortuna effin sucks. The employees are AWESOME. Very kind. Very hardworking. But subway clearly sees them as a means to make money and not as individuals. The two people that were there just now during lunch rush looked so overwhelmed and overworked and did mess up my sandwich. I'm not even mad about it because it was so clear that she was trying so effin hard just to keep up. They're both new, I know, because I go there a lot, they should have had an experienced staff onboard during AT LEAST the rushes. Absolute terrible. TREAT YOUR WORKERS BETTER!!!!

Dietary restrictions: The salads are probably gluten-free except for cross-contamination. also you don't have to order cheese on your salad so it can be dairy-free as well.
