If you come here on the weekend for dim sum, the food is not bad for the location of Foster City. You can have better, but do you really want to drive all the way to Chinatown in the City? This review is for lunch time on a weekday. I made the mistake of ordering the fried turnip cake and the siu mai. As I came by myself I couldn't really order much. Unfortunately, the turnip cake came out barely lukewarm as it was already cooked and waiting to be ordered by a s***** like...
Really good dim sum =) Anything with beancurd skin is great! The mango prawn roll was juicy and tasty, even though we could not really taste the mango. Lobster noodle is amazing, lobster was juicy and huge. Siew Mai is big and juicy. The custard bun could do with more custard too but the bun was soft and fluffy, and the filling was awesome. Not a fan of the tea marinated chicken and prawn spinach dumpling and å°ç¬¼åŒ…。 4 dishes fills two of us up.
Good quality dim sum, some seating area are a bit awkward. Also, the staff lost our dim sum order and it's resulted in a delay because they don't have dim sum carts there.
