Avoid this ihop.
Came to order sirlion tips and eggs. I wanted to have the meat medium, as always but the server denied and said, we dont do that. Everything is already prepared and marinated.

FC resident, haven't been to this location in a loooong time. Our last visit pre-pandemic was not great, so we haven't been back. My wife was jonesing pancakes, so we decided to go. Surprisingly, the food was good, although it was served in substantially smaller portions than what all restaurant portions used to be like. However, service was outstanding from all team members. I recognized the manager and asked him how long he has been there, and he said over 20 years! He had other employees there longer than him. Bottom line: great service, food was good and a fair value. Recommendation - improve the quality of coffee, which tasted like flavored water.

No more $20 pancakes for breakfast. The bacon and sausage were horrible. The restaurant backdoor was next to handicap parking, however, it is not accessible to a 94 year old customers. Never coming back.

I received a dirty plate underneath, which was unpleasant… Additionally, the pancakes tasted off, as if they had absorbed flavors from something else cooked on the same pan. This took away from the signature pancake experience IHOP is known for.

Wasn’t satisfied that my bacon was undercooked so I asked for more BUT before I sent it back I broke it up so they wouldn’t give me the same bacon but they sure did I’m very disgusted that they would put something back on grill that was sent back to kitchen… and my waiter was poor service his name is Pedro

I cannot believe I haven't reviewed this place before! I have been here many, many times. I love this place. I remember bringing my kids here when they were young, loved coming here for breakfast foods, but also for lunch or dinner. The food is always consistently good, and there's something on the menu for everyone. Sometimes it can get crowded, But the service always remains friendly. This is a place to go to when you want comfort food.

Great service, okay food that's very expensive and not much of it. You'll spend the same amount here at this IHOP as going to a nicer restaurant; better off going somewhere nicer for the same price, that has better tasting food and more of it.

It's your basic IHOP, but very nice staff, quick service, music playing from the 70s, not too loud. Mushroom spinach omelette was full of both.
Parking: It's behind the restaurant
