If I could put a zero for service I would. Drive-thru is so bad that even if your the only car they ask you to pull up front to keep thier drive- thru counter time down, even then they forgot to bring my order out to me and after giving the bennifit of the doubt, I walked in and my order was sitting thier on a counter for 10 yes 10 I timed it minutes, Oh and I hate checking my order, my wife blames me for not double checking but as far as I'm concerned not my job, when I was 16 and worked at Burger King the window person was supposed to double check bag, what now I have to triple check for them, oh and don't get me started on Breakfast, if I ask and pay for x-tra onions, its gotten so bad I ask for them on the side just to make sire I actually get some, I know I might sound like a malw Karen but believe me I'm not my wife was a Waitress for 25 year and I've heard the horror stories, I always tip 30% in cash so the hardworking waitresses get thier deserved $ right away, but when I hear these fast food workers complaining about wanting more $, at this point over the years I feel thier already getting over paid based on the simple task of putting food in a bag and making sure its the right food, funny how its never to much

The way the overnight manager treats everyone is so upsetting and I’m disgusted with her and more for the supervisors who DO NOTHING and allow this hostile environment to continue. The verbal harassment from the cook that continues is so trashy and unprofessional . I will take this to corporate for a full investigation this is America we don’t treat ppl that way and get away with it .

They've messed up literally every single order I've placed with them, the staff does not care about their jobs and make it our problem and the food also is just bad for McDonald's...

This McDonald’s is funny bc they charge you for a paper bag for your food. If you don’t buy one they stick out a tray with all the burgers and fries loose and you have to grab them and put them in your car somewhere. My first time was very confusing and hilarious. I spilled fries all over my car lol

Learn from my mistake. Don’t trust that your order is correct. Always check. I paid for a double quarter deluxe, but got a McCrispy. I don’t know how this happened. I was one of 4 guests (including drive thru).
