Took a drive late night and stopped here. I don’t understand why the people who work here are so rude and don’t even take the time to cook the food throughly. My fries were way under cooked and my burger was missing the main sauce! What is wrong with our fast food chains? They use to care but now they just don’t!

I went through the drive-thru and was asked to park to wait, I had to wait 20 minutes and watched many cars behind me in drive-thru get their food and drive off. I walked in to see what is the delay as I only ordered 1 chicken sandwich. The woman behind the counter was very friendly & helpful and was able to help me get my food and gave me a complimentary pie. She made the experience a positive one.

Truly awful experience today at 6 AM when I ordered breakfast burritos, coffee and iced coffee caramel. The burritos were microwaved and had the consistency of a paper bag. Inedible. My coffee had to be sitting there all night because, well you know what old scorched coffee tastes like. Same problem with the ice coffee.
McDonald's why do you offer 24 service when you can't deliver a quality product?Corporate please contact this franchisee and read them the riot act.

I love this local McDonalds, its just that the quality of the burgers are really inconsistent.
We were ordering food at night tonight, and there was this girl with big eye lashes who was super lazy. She was just flirting with two guys who were clearly her friends. She rather pays attention to the food and orders. She kept chatting with the two guys for 10 minutes. She should be fired.

My drink tastes like wet cardboard halfway through, and now I’m chewing my straw instead of sipping. If McDonald’s really wants to save the planet, maybe start with the packaging, not my patience.
