I have ordered 4 cakes for various parties and they all came out great! The owners are very sweet and accommodating! I highly recommend ordering from here, they really care about their customers. Every cake has been on point!

If I could put zero stars I would. The lady who was working on Friday had the worst customer service ever. My daughters wanted to get a sample and she got so upset. She was mumbling something in her language so I wouldn’t understand her all the while getting the ice cream sample. A small amount fell off her spoon and scooped it up with such anger and threw away as if enraged enough to hit something. When I confronted her about her attitude she said it was the managers fault for having her work late. I stated that’s an issue between you and your boss and you shouldn’t take it out on customers because the business depends on customers. Please avoid yourself such a bad service, do not go to this Baskin Robins.

I had a photo cake pickup and June was able to assist me. She was the absolute best!! June’s customer service skills are amazing. She is the sweetest. The cake turned out beautiful. I will definitely be re-ordering a cake from this location!!

The lady who was closing tonight was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a customer service roll. The second we walked in she sighed and threw down what she had in her hands. She yelled at us to order quickly and then sighed and threw around the supplies as she got our orders. We didn’t say anything and thanked her when she handed us our ice cream but she scolded us for ordering a milkshake. No idea what her problem is but clearly she can’t handle a closing shift. We were there 30 minutes before closing but she acted as if we walked in 2 minutes before the store closed. She made me so uncomfortable I would never visit this location again.
