Black Angus Steakhouse

As usual, inconsistent food quality. We only go back becausevI like the Cheesy Garlic Bread. Steaks always range from average to somewhat eatable. My wife had chicken breasts last night. Very thin, like filets and very tough. After all these years we're only going to go in for appetizers in the future.

The food was mediocre. First cold and then undercooked. I paid $30 for a celebration package, which included 3 balloons and one of those big cookies with ice cream. I won't be going there again.

The point of reserving a table is to have it print and no waiting the host had no clue Thad a lot of tables open but waited for 33 min to get sat fist experience here did not approve of waiting time per who showed up after us got seated fist not very happy waiting on the waiter was not cool we waited for maybe 2hrs of time j could have been sat and served water and drink came very very late we never saw waiter or busser we had to flag down properly mention tipped them but I was not amused and drink and service was a real let down try to do better!

Benjamin our server was very attentive and personable! Fantastic server! Our steaks were cooked perfectly! We will definitely be back!

the waiter was late getting to our table we had to wait long time for drink order. My food order was not correct but the waiter adjusted it on the bill. waited a long time for the waiter to give us togo box and came by our table several times but never stopped to see if we needed anything else. We also had a promo for our dinner and the bill was incorrect. Took long time to be corrected.

We did not get our entrees for over an hour. After I had to go searching for someone. We had to take the main meal to go because we didn't have time left to eat any more. Not one person came to check on us or advise why there was a delay. Didn't even get more water at all. Will never go back.

We have been coming to this location for many years. The server was very attentive and was able to answer questions promptly. The steaks and sides were very well seasoned and cooked as per request. We opted for a Dinner for two, and the pricing was good.

Rude and sour server, maybe he should get more training on customer service, usually very nice, other tables in our area had nice and pleasant service.

Got the Campfire meal for two. The prime rib was sublime. Loved the potato skins. Make sure to join the Black Angus' rewards to get promos.

They have a good variety of steak options. A little pricey for the quality of meat but still good. When ordering request it a little rarer than what you want. I asked for Medium, it came Medium Well. It's casual so it's good for families with kids as well as just a get together with friends.

Our server, Benjamin, was a delight and the food was delicious like always. I love relaxing here after a rough day at work ☺️

I made a reservation for 4 for 5:15pm, we walked in at 5:10 with 3 different parties ahead of us waiting for Host/Hostess. 5:15 came and went and no joke there are now 20-25 people standing in the lobby area waiting to be seated. We spotted the host running around cleaning tables off in the bar area. Finally we check in but they were not ready for us so we continued to wait. I believe it was almost 5:30 when the mgr came up and was going to seat us in the bar area. I made a reservation for dinner with my family not to be seated in the bar, of which he claims is just a part of there regular rotation. Might just be me but you should ask someone if they mind the bar not just assume everyone will be ok with that. Also don't look annoyed with me when Im the one who had a reservation and have been waiting patiently! 5 stars to Patrick our waiter for the evening. I don't think the restaurant was prepared for how many people came in around the 5 o'clock hour and he was handling a LOT of tables. From being greeted to being served and any request in between Patrick was right on it. I will say like may others very disappointed about a few dessert items not being available, in fact actually being discontinued. Since several other reviewers mentioned this I wasn't to surprised but since the Sky High Ice Cream Pie is or was a staple of BA a lot will come to eat and want that for dessert. They need to update their menu or at least put a sticker on it as we heard every table around us requesting it and having to hear the same story being told over and over again about it being discontinued and then the choc cake not being available either. Come on Black Angus you can do better! In addition my Rib Eye was kinda like rubbery, had a hard time cutting it (saw another reviewer mention a similar situation) but I decided just to keep my mouth shut as the table next to us had issues and it just wasn't worth it. Brought it home and will chop it up and make nachos.
