Closes hours early. Placed an order for pick up but was closed. Called owner for refund but she picked up and immediately hung up.

Came around 1pm on a Monday, it was closed despite the door posting new hours.

needs better management because they are barely ever open. How are you gonna be closed on a weekend and on weekdays, only be open from 11 till 3?? I used to love going here before going to class at 6pm and now its never open.

Okay the drinks are gas but they’re literally never open during store hours posted online OR in the front of the store. Very inconvenient to make the trip out here and get baited by store hours that aren’t even reliable.

Found this place by Fivestars app promo of 50% off first drink. I've been to the Garden Grove location before and was pleasantly surprised that one opened up in Fountain Valley.Boba topping was perfectly soft, chewy, and sweet/flavored.My favorite go-to drink is the Darling Milk Tea at 70% sweet. The 70% milk foam Darling tea isn't as sweet or smooth as the milk tea version, so I would skip the foam and just get the milk version.Other flavors tried: Japanese brown rice milk tea is a good 2nd choice. Green Thai milk tea was just okay.

deleted my original review.** edit 3/9 - came here almost 1:30 and they’re closed. knocked off 2 stars, not a good signclosed again. 1 star. this can be a tough plaza traffic wise due to freeway on-ramp, construction and detours. waste of time coming here

Hours not posted. Closed. Is this business still open?

Grand opening today, 5/28/22, BOGO. We went and got four drinks, so glad lines were not long. The strawberry black tea and grapefruit with salted plum was good, had real fruit in it, though I’m not sure what happened to the salted plum, not sure if it was supposed to be included but there was none. I would return, glad there’s now one closer to us.

New boba place, pretty good especially with current promo. First time the tea was fragrant and boba had flavor, next day went back it was more bland.Will go back and try again. We drink boba weekly.

Great address.Friendly staff.Tea is brewed on order, so the flavor is really great.We tried the classic Bubble Milk Tea, a lemon tea and a black tea.We can really taste the quality here.

I got a lychee oolong tea 50% sugar. It tasted very good and the staff was pretty friendly.
