Brodard was excellent. Rolls (gio cuon - spring rolls) were great and fresh. I had 4 and was satisfied - went for 2 of two different kinds. Tried some of the bun (noodles) with grilled meat and fresh herbs with fish sauce & it was very good too. Nice to see their restaurants still serving quality Vietnamese food after all of these years

This is where you go when you are craving for great Vietnamese food! Used to bring my friends who are visiting SoCal here. Now that I no longer reside here, I come whenever I have a chance to visit SoCal. Because of the volume of customers, sometimes you do not get very good service although some of their servers do their best to attend to everyone. The wait is usually long but it is worth it. My favorites here are the Ban Bo Hue, BBQ pork spring rolls, the Brodard Broken Rice...
