Extremely rude staff, disgusted with her behavior. Her name is Heidi, can’t even get a seat to sit down and enjoy the food without being yelled at. I will never be coming back. I had to walk out with my family because she was so rude. Absolutely disappointed in this joint. If the owner is the same, please get a new staff. If the owner is new, please re-evaluate how you hire your staff. Btw she is the larger frame with the pink hair, not even sure if she gave her real name.

The food was good, but for $42 you don't get much of it. I've never left a shabu shabu place still hungry until now. I was also given a water based broth with no options other than that, which was disappointing. It felt like they were giving me the bare basic shabu shabu experience and I've experienced better from other local restaurants like this.

Hadn't been back since the remodel and I walked in and waited to be greeted or sat down and nobody ever acknowledged us, not even a hi. I sat for about 5 minutes and still nobody came to sit me, mind you I had already joined the waitlist. There were bot that many parties sitting down, so they weren't busy. So disappointed.

They forgot what I had ordered and didn’t get my drink until I was almost done with my food.

I believe that the foods are great but they should play some soft music instead of the loud rap music. People love to enjoy their meals in a great environment. This is a restaurant not a night club.

Great food. Excellent staff! We were traveling in the area and stopped in. Never heard of Shabu, but the staff was so kind to explain the whole process. Lots of different options. Great for families with different tastes. Definitely recommend!

Beef Belly regular
Love how bright and clean the restaurant is. Nice setup as well. Most importantly, the meat quality was good. We opted for 3 different meat plates to try out (prime rib eye, choice rib eye, and pork belly), and all the meat quality was pretty good. Funny that we thought the prime rib eye would be the best, but we actually preferred the choice rib eye and pork belly better. So tender and soft. Loved that the veggies were crispy and fresh too.
Service was fast and super friendly. I especially enjoyed the spicy sauce they recommended to try, it went so well with the sesame/goma sauce. It def added a good flavor to it. (Note: just one drop is enough. Only if you can handle heat really well, I tried two drops and it was quite spicy)
Also, would recommend getting a complimentary bowl of kombu soy sauce from them, it was a nice mini treat to enjoy your ramen at the end of the meal. Enjoy!

Good service and tasty Shabu. I had the Choice Beef Ribeye. I paid extra for the spicy miso broth. Had a good and pleasant dinner here.

I went there for the first time in 21 years with a friend from when I was stationed there. The design and seating arrangement have not changed at all. It tastes good too! Triple the price! It was nostalgic.
