All the tables were dirty specially the ones in the playground. Also the playground was dirty with food inside of it. They didn't deliver my food to my table, they didn't even call my number. On my wife's food the hamburger they put pickles when she ask for no pickles at all.

I would highly recommend to come to this carls I came with my family of 5 and we ordered a good amount of food everything was cook to order was fresh and everything very clean, a worker named Anthony best customer service along with another worker named Bryan very nice and patient with their customers very nice they both are quick on their feet they know what their doing once again everyone I highly recommend coming here best carls I’ve been at!!!!!!!!!

Ana was very kind and gave me very good service, my food was hot and fast.
Went through the drive thru earlier today my burger and fries were made fast, fresh, and delicious. The workers were super friendly and worked with a sense of urgency, very lovely employees! I can’t wait to visit this location again!

I ordered two sandwiches. After waiting for 40 minutes and asking them about my order, they said they can’t prepare and order and feted a refund. They could have let me know way earlier before I even ask them. But they didn’t! This is my worst experience of dining out in California! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
