This 5-star review is specifically for a SUPER STAR employee, Rosalinda! I'm pretty sure she works late shifts as we've had the pleasure of having her serve us several times recently. Every experience has been wonderful.... Hot, fresh food, made exactly how we like it, served up fast and always with many smiles! It's clear to me that Rosalinda takes her job and her work very seriously and it's so refreshing to see someone with such wonderful work ethic! Rosalinda is such a joy, a true asset to this location and the entire Carl's Jr company! Thank you for always taking such great care of us, Rosalinda! You are the best!

My wife and I ordered 2 Double Western Bacon Cheese Burger and a large Dr Pepper. The price was more than I expected, BUT these were the BEST Double Western Bacon Cheese Burgers that I have ever been served at any Carl's Jr. They were hot & fresh! The bun and onion rings were perfect, not crushed nor smashed. They were worth the money that I spent! The cashier was excellent as was the Dr Pepper! Thank you

This location actually gets the order right 3/3 they had sauce, burgers, sides, drinks every thing right! Another location got everything wrong 3out 3 ( i tried 3 separate orders)... Thank you for going above and beyond! Will be coming here from now on.

Unacceptable Service Overshadows Fresh Food at Carls Junior
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my latest experience at carls Junior was too appalling to ignore. Normally, I visit after work around 1 or 2 AM because the food is fresh, hot, and well-prepared. However, the service on my most recent visit was downright dreadful.
First off, the cashier at the drive through goes by the name MARCO… (or at least that’s what the receipt Says) exuded nothing but a nasty attitude. There’s no hint of a smile or a greeting; she simply takes your card and almost flings your bag of food at you. It’s incredibly off-putting when you’re trying to enjoy your meal, and it completely ruins the experience.
To add insult to injury, my order was wrong. I received burgers loaded with tomatoes and onions, despite having specifically requested them without. Understanding that mistakes happen, I tried to address the issue through the drive-through. Another young lady came to the window, and I explained the mistake. Instead of empathizing or offering an apology, she inspected the burger as if I was lying about the extra toppings, then carelessly returned the bag and walked off without so much as a “sorry” or an offer to fix it.
Frustrated, I honked my horn to get someone’s attention and insisted on a refund. Marco eventually appeared, and without any explanation or courtesy, she slammed the window in my face while processing the refund. The entire interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional—completely unacceptable for any customer service setting.
While I once overlooked these shortcomings because the food was consistently good, the repeated poor service has finally pushed me over the edge. I will never be returning to this Carls Junior again. If you value basic customer courtesy and respectful service, I suggest you steer clear of this establishment.
And for the owners or store manager, I suggest you send a shop to this location when she’s here so you can see firsthand that’s this is not a fit for your business if you intend to keep customers.
