It's been awhile that I come back to eat at Carl's Jr. The dining area is nice. Service is friendly and speak bilingual, English and Spanish. I am a bit disappointed with the biscuits that I ordered, it so salty and the bacons are so soft, it supposed to be crunchy. Overall, I like this restaurant. I'd give it another try for theirs hamburgers some time in the near future.

Went through drive thru and cashier Marco had an attitude. He talked down to me, stating that next time, I had to let him know when I was using a coupon. I ordered 1 wrong thing and seemed annoyed having to fix 1 burger on my order of $50+.

I went through the drive through and they used an AI voice to talk to you to take the order, which was terrible and couldn't fix the problems. I was so clear too! Took too long for a human to take over. Was otherwise fine but this was ridiculous, who thought this was a good idea.

Service was excellent. We came in for lunch, and found plenty of parking. The tables and soda station could use a slight wiping, but other than that, the place is well kept. The food was excellent. Will come back again.
