If you're in the mood for Mediterranean food; this is the place to go in Orange County. I eat here once a week and the food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. This a fast casual establishment so you have to order at the register first and they bring your meal to the table when its ready. The staff at the register are always polite and will help you with the vast menu choices if needed. The kabobs and salads are outstanding and don't forget to try the delicious chicken soup which is freshly made every day. Portion sizes are generous as well. Manager Joe and his staff will take of you and your dining party with the same level of attention you would receive in a full-service restaurant. Those of you that read my reviews know I'm picky and I don't give out accolades unless they are well deserved, and they certainly are in the case of this location of Chicken Maison.

Love Chicken Maison. I’ve had many rotisserie chickens but the marinades here really elevate the dish— shout out to my forever fave, spicy lemon garlic! I’ve been to 2 other locations and they’re all great. Joe, the manager at Fountain Valley, really made this place stand out for me though. Highly recommend the dishes here and great customer service!

Flavorful chicken and friendly, efficient service. I ordered a spicy half chicken combo with hummus and rice. I was happy with the food I received and finished it. My only complaint is that the chicken was really fatty for my taste This is one of the only Mediterranean restaurants in the area that delivers good food. I reccomend this spot if you’re looking for some rotisserie chicken. Also, the mint tea is phenomenal!

I encountered a bad experience at the Fountain Valley store. Came to pick up the order. The guy at the counter, I believe he was the manager, handed me the package. I told him last time my order didn't have the correct items. He just looked at me and sarcastically said REALLY. He didn't believe what I told him. He probably thought I had made up the story. I then asked him "can you make sure I get the correct items". He pointed to the table and told me "go there to check it". I asked him again "can you make sure I get the correct items". He then kept arguing with me. I just told him I would never come back to this store and walked out. The workers there are super nice, except for this guy.

I recently visited Chicken Maisón and tried their rotisserie chicken. It was quite good—nice and tender, with the meat falling off the bone. However, the pasta was just okay. If you’re specifically craving pasta, I’d recommend going to a dedicated pasta restaurant instead. Overall, Chicken Maisón is a solid choice for rotisserie chicken lovers.

This place is one of my favorites! The spicy chicken is so delicious and tender!!! The spicy hummus is also the best hummus I’ve ever had!!!! I’ve been in love with this place for 2 years now!!! The salmon pesto pasta omg to die for!!!!
Came in here for the first time... at the suggestion of my wife. Joe greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. The 1/ 2 spicy chicken was absolutely delicious and the lentil soup was honestly some of the best I've had. (Don't tell my mom!) If you are ever in the vicinity, definitely swing by. I'm full and feel like I had a healthy meal.
This place is a gem! Super clean location, fresh food, not overly salty like other places, and a chill laid-back atmosphere with nice staff. Love that they offer baked potato as a side.

Literally just left this place. Place was clean. The name of the guy that took our order (according to the receipt was J- rod, Im wondering if it's the guy joe other reviews were raving about). He wasn't very welcoming, he acted as if he wanted us to hurry up and order. I overlooked that because I really wanted to try the food and was hungry. We sat there as 4 other customers (1 lady and a group of 3) who ordered after us all got their food before us. J-rod kept just looking at us along with the cooks, yet did not attempt to show great customer service by giving us an update on our food. Just decided to talk, stare at me and continue looking into his personal phone as well. We finally got our order and I asked for a container and why we got our food after 4 other customers who ordered after us. He ignored that question and told me, "containers are on the side, take as many as you need" with a smirk on his face. I asked him for an additional dressing, he says 0.75. I told him fine, he then says "oh its actually $1 something but I'll go ahead and give it to you for 0.75" like he was doing me a favor. I told him "I'll pay the price, you're the one who told me 0.75 that was your miscommunication and you still haven't even attempted to tell me why we got our food last" he just continued in a condescending tone, ignored my concern and didnt answer and told me to have a good day. His customer service towards me was condescending and disappointing and I left definitely not wanting to come back to that location. I will say though, a young lady named Cecilia was nice and I do appreciate her service and kindness towards me. The food was also delicious. I like to feel respected and appreciated as a customer so I'll stick to giving the other locations a try next time. Definitely will not come back to this location. Will advise co workers, friends and Family as well.
