I forgot about this place but I have to admit it really is good and a healthy way to have fast food dinning.

Alex who served me for the night shift was so sweet, it's so rare to meet people working in food service who are just a ray of sunshine and kind, people like her keep me coming back! (:

Get the salad with 2 dressings - white rice, black beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese. It slaps EVERY time and is under $10. It's a pretty clean restaurant and service is pretty good. I'm always pleased coming here

I usually go to many chipotles across Orange County. I visited this chipotle and shocked by the service I received. I always eat at chipotle all the time so I'm familiar with the amount the rice the average restaurant gives. I was am shocked at the amount of rice the lady scooped and it was barely even covering the bottom. I could see the bottom of the bowl. She snapped back at us in a rude manner with inappropriate facial expressions. Even when I offered to pay more for extra scoops of rice she snapped back and completely refused to even give me more rice I was willing to pay for even when the restaurant is an hour from closing with a new full tub of rice. I am not returning to this chipotle.

We arrived here with no line, so we walked right up to the start of where you order. The girl working looked annoyed and was frantically looking at an order receipt, walking back and forth, passing us literally about six times total. Not a single acknowledgement or that she'll be right with us. I obviously don't expect top tier greetings at a fast food restaurant, but if you're going to walk by us multiple times, at least say something and let us know you're not ignoring us. At that point, I knew right away she straight up was ignoring us. When she finally took my order, she didn't even make eye contact, which wasn't surprising by then.I ordered my usual veggie bowl, and when I asked for fajitas, she said they're all out. So then I asked for all the rest of the ingredients. As I made my way down, I noticed there was no cheese, guacamole, or lettuce. I asked about it to which she then replies that they're out of a lot of stuff because they hosted some fundraising event.... So you just didn't bother telling me this right before I ordered??? Annoyed, I looked at my husband and told him to not start his order because they're out of literally a lot of the main things. Did they expect me to just eat a big old bowl of sides and sauces?? That being said, I felt bad at first, but I canceled my order and went to another Chipotle down the street (much better experience).I completely understand that they hosted an event and that sometimes the reality is that you run out of ingredients. I have nothing to complain about with that. My problem is when you have an incompetent employee with bad attitude and can't have the courtesy to inform PAYING customers about their current situation.

When you ask for the fresh chicken they just cut up and the guy working there puts the old chicken on top of the new and gives it to you and just looks at you like nothing happened. Spend 25 bucks for cold chicken. Y’all are messed up for that.

I don’t want to fully blame the workers because when we were there it was clear that they were overwhelmed. However this is unacceptable. My fiancé and I are both vegetarians for health reasons. We understand that you can’t always cook the food separately, but it should at least remain separate in their containers. My bowl had a very large piece of steak in it and I unfortunately bit into it before I noticed. If anyone at this location looks at the reviews, please make an effort to not allow things like this to happen.

This place is always so messy, they never wipe down the counters and then get salsa and cheese all over the wrapper. And like the other reviews state, they definitely underfill the burritos and wrap them terribly.

So I come here once in a while and it's always great after this location. Let me start when we orders this lady put like 4 pieces of carne on my bowl so we asked her if we could put more she told us that that's fine it will just be extra so we did it. Turning out for 4 more extra pieces 7 DOLLARS like What!Terrible service I hope you guys fix this

I'm just blown away. I go to Chipotle usually once a week. I get a couple bowls and I get two little burritos for my son which is black beans and cheese in a tortilla. I pay for two sides and a tortilla. Not tonight. A burrito of a small amount of cheese and black beans a little bigger than a Del Taco bean and cheese burrito cost me $7.60, so 2 of those were $15.20 before tax. I understand raising prices 10% or maybe 15% (still a good amount). This must be double at least what I paid before. Seriously, I can go to Avila's and for a few dollars more get a burrito that about fills the plate. Easily as big as both those burritos were. They just lost my business. They tell me they changed the price after they ring it up when I notice it's at least about $12 more than what I paid for the same thing last time I got the same order last week (oh the other items were more as well, but not double). The economy sucks and I'm trying to feed a couple kids. Bye bye Chipotle. Thanks for treating a regular customer like you do not appreciate my business!

Please have the Team members train on rolling the burritos. It’s pretty embarrassing that a simple burrito cannot be rolled.
