I had chipotle a few times before but not in this location. I HONESTLY love their bowl and building my own because I can choose from protein, beans, toppings, and sauces. The rice was delicious, flavorful, and good texture. The chicken has tons of flavor and delicious. The toppings were delicious as well along with the sauces. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and excellent place to dine in. They also have burritos, tacos, bowl, and beverages. I would definitely come back here if I want a good lunch or dinner.

Came in an hour before closing and got two bowls with a friend. Asked for 2 sides of vinaigrette but they said they just ran out but suddenly our cashier tells us to just wait 5 minutes and he begins literally blending ingredients to make us the vinaigrette. We were so thankful we cannot eat our bowls without it; literally made our nights. Asked for his name and it was Daniel! thank you Daniel for the great experience at this chipotle!

HORRIBLE SERVICE Don't order online they get it wrong everytime. You have to jump through hoops and talk to several different people to get a refund. Better off ordering from different locations.

Came in after the gym and it was completely empty. Granted, I did come in an hour before closing, but the service was soo bad. I opened the door and saw 2 workers and asked if they were still open because the hours on the door said they closed at 10, however Yelp says they close at 11. They see me and I try speaking to them, but they completely ignore me and walk to the back where I can't see them. When I fully come in, a worker, Nicole, helps me. However she was extremely rude. They were out of steak, so I substituted with chicken for my bowl and she was extremely hesitant whenever I added something to my bowl. I frequent this location a lot as a local, but feel as this Chipotle skimps out on their toppings. Honestly, wouldn't come back as the workers need to be trained on customer service and other Chipotles have better quality food.

This location in specific is quite busy. Right by a gym and a few schools so it can get pretty crowded nonetheless they usually have a lot of people behind the bar and they do just as they are asked. The location is clean but can be unkept at times especially outdoor and overfilled trash cans, lack of tobacco utensils etc. The food is good - what you'd expect of chipotle and the service is quick. Overall good experience.

Bad service to get here. Not properly made to be safe. Lack of care to dump out rotten guacamole and watered down salsa. Portions are too small to scoop meat. Employees are too weirdly and passively rushed.

12/14/23 @ 7:15p. Waited for 10 minutes while the girl made salsa cups before she came to take the order. She finally walks over to us, pausing halfway to just stare off into space. My order was simple-3 carne asada bowls, white lime rice, black beans. After repeating 4 TIMES she says they’re out of carne asada. We ask for the wait time and (without asking) she says they’re not making any-even though they close in 3 HOURS?!?! ARE THEY ON DRUGS HERE??? I just got off an 8-hr service shift, on my feet, how am I more awake than this chick? Disgustingly horrible service. I’ll make the drive to the GOOD CHIPOTLE on Brookhurst and Garfield
