Cold Stone Creamery

I doordashed from Coldstone the other day because it’s my fav dessert. Sadly doordash app glitched and got my order wrong (not coldstone) and I was so sad. anyways long story short I brought my ice cream back and told them what happened and they remade it for me and were so sweet and helpful! love this coldstone 🫶🏼

$10 gets you 45% empty container. They didn't even scrap what was frozen on the table. Just go to Yogurtland.

I hate doing this but if your machines are broken and your freezers don’t work then as an ice cream place you should tell the clients before they order. I ordered a gotta have it and was watching the kind girl make it. I thought it was something new that they softened the ice cream and then put it in the freezer to firm with the toppings and add ons..but no!
The frozen plate was broken and the freezer that was holding the ice cream was not working properly. I ended up with two containers or a soupy mess. I kept hinting that it didn’t look right, but the excuse I got was that the pumpkin and double chocolate are softer than the rest of the other ice creams. Later I found that the cold stone that mixes was broken and was actually turning the ice cream into liquid.
The poor girl behind the counter tried wiping the running ice cream off and putting napkins all around the container. I ate a few spoons inside, and basically paid $12
for something I threw outside.
I wish I took pictures of that liquid goop, but my hands were so sticky that I didn’t even wanna reach for my phone.
Hopefully in the future things will get fixed at this location….

Update: Got a call from the owner about the situation…gotta give him props for that. Discussed the situation with him and he said he will discuss it with the employees so that it won’t happen again to other clients. He offered some gift cards as compensation (I refused).

This place is amazing! Not only is the ice cream fantastic, but my 6yr old accidentally dropped his ice cream in the parking lot & when we went back to buy him another & we weren't charged a cent!

Bad service, young guy not wanting to work. Had a to ask for a re-do which he gave attitude.

I was there with my kids. Employees are so patient and very kind . They listened them and gave them samples. We felt like we re at our home . Thanks again for a great service we also bought my daughter unicorn birthday cake thanks again for the free candles ??

Horrible experience at Cold Stone Creamery Fountain Valley 7/18/23. After ordering and purchasing an ice cream for my daughter, saw the ad for this ice cream posted at the store and it said "try a sample of Barbie Pink Cotton Candy" When I asked for a sample after actually making a purchase, the girl that rang me up told me, "we don't give out samples"Oh REALLY?! Bc the ad posted IN STORE even says you do! ? I even pointed that out to her

It was 10:45pm when I arrived and they locked the door, it shows on line that they should close at 11:30pm....I had heart set on ice cream ?

The staff here is the best! I needed a cake for my wife’s birthday and they were so accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!!

Love the people who work at this location. Every time I order to go or online they are so nice and helpful. It’s so nice to get such great customer service! Thank you coldstone fountain valley!!!
