Went to use the bathroom and went inside to ask if I needed a key off the start just rude. Then as I’m walking away one of the staff starts laughing and pointing at me? I go use the bathroom then someone starts knocking I told them someone is in here. One of the girl staffs goes “someone needs to use it really bad u need to come out”. As im already using the bathroom? Then I tell her to wait as im using it. And she repeatedly knocks and pounds on the door. I get out and she just apologizes to the man that was waiting.? No thank you.

emilia was a rude drive thru cashier that mis heard us and gave attitude over little things. She heard hold the order as “hold the water” even though we did not order water. After waiting 10 minutes at the window, we asked for the “black sauce” and she gave us red sauce saying we said MILD??? She then gave 5 sauces for a ~$13 order. She shoved the bag in our hand and slammed the window

The cheese from my quesadilla was not melted. The chicken tacos had too much dressing. Great customer service, but a bad experience with the food. I don't recommend ordering at night; maybe during the day is different.

This has to be literally the only Del Taco in Orange County that's actually open past like 2am. Literally like how many are there? Thank you to the dude that handles the window, he's always polite. Thanks for keeping this store open for people who work very late past 2am and just need something to eat. The store on Warner/Fairview is not open 24/7.

I visited this exceptionally pleasant Taco Restaurant on July 19,2025 and was greeted with a huge Genuine and happy and smiling Del Taco Employees ,who greeted me and i than placed my orders and the wait was not that long but the Tasty Burritos and Del Tacos were just what my starving stomach were craving for and i felt no guilt when my taste buds tell me its Del Taco Food, thank you Happy Girls all of you for such a great experience , Totally Satisfied !!!! Only fast food i still eat. The Del Tacos are amazing and so is the rest of the menu. It's not on there anymore but if you ask for the macho combo burrito some of them still know how to make it. Great food..

Smelled like major paint inside and loud static music inside. I asked them to turn off the eratating static music they said they don't have access. The cashier Julia was spraying chemicals besides a man to make him leave because he complained about the chemical spray directly around him

The female cashier is rude and condescending. I was told senior discount is for 65+ the cashier said that it's because too many people lie! While all the other del tacos around me from fountain Valley to Huntington Beach to Westminster to Lakewood all offer an honor me as a 57-year-old gray haired woman with a cane my senior discount and you know what it was for an iced coffee it was going to be that much of an effort to give me a 43 cent discount without insulting me in my face! If you asked for my ID you would have seen that I am a senior on top of the fact that I look like one! Never coming back to this location
