Very poor outright disrespectful customer service.

This is the perfect place to get freshly roasted whole beans, or ground to your desire. When I say fresh, I mean today or in the last couple days! Good prices and truly nice and knowledgeable staff and owners. Quality beans from around the world, even flavored the way you want, and great teas, too. Many high-end bakeries and restaurants use their beans, too.

Delta Cafe is a hidden gem. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, and they were more than happy to answer my endless stream of questions. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just starting your coffee journey, the interactions here feel authentic and un-rushed. They truly take the time to understand your preferences, offering thoughtful recommendations. So glad I found this spot!!

We have been coming to Delta cafe roasting for many years. They are very knowledgeable about coffee roasting, espresso machines and just coffee business in general. They are also very generous about sharing their knowledge to people. If you are in Orange County, and have any coffee or espresso machine need, or any problem with espresso machine definitely talk Delta, they will help you so much that save a lots of time. They are truly wonderful people !!

I came across this little cafe while I was in the area and thought to check it out. Unexpectedly was met by the owner of the shop who shared coffee with me. The expresso was well balanced and the vienna roast was very good. I would recommend you check it out if you are looking for quality beans :

They have top-notch coffee! True medium and light roasts available with balanced, lower acidity. Sampled then purchased Vienna blend and Brazil coffees.
