We have been coming to this Denny's location for a long time. Every single time we go we always get exceptional service! Fernando has been our server the last few times and he is always friendly, attentive and always has a smile on his face. He immediately greets us and provides our family the best service. The restaurant is clean, food is always prepared fresh and the parking is great. We live in GG and we drive to this location because we know we will get the best tasting food and service!

My boyfriend and I have basically became everyday regulars to this location, the employees are great here, the food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly even when there busy. Fernando is usually always our server, he is great! They are always so welcoming and so friendly. Best dennys in the area, we have went to others from time to time but it doesnât beat this location!

Literally the worse customer service and unprofessional receptionist/ cashier. I honestly feel like the workers here hate their jobs. Called Dennys two times cause the cashier/host or whoever picked up the phone said she couldn't hear me but then proceeded to answer my question then she hangs up.
Her tone was rude and she just didn't care. I don't need her to have a "Disney happy go lucky "tone or anything- I JUST WANTED TO BE ABLE TO PLACE MY FOOD ORDER FOR MY EDLERLY MOM!
So I call back thinking there was an honest phone trouble and told her that I just called to place an order and she said "oh sorry I couldn't hear you.. hold on..."
Places me on hold... and then comes BACK ON THE PHONE AND THEN HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN!!
THIS ISN'T PHONE TAG. If you dont want my money and order, just say so. I don't have time for people to be rude and immature.
This was unprofessional and beyond frustrating! What kind of business are you trying to run here, Dennys! Get your act together.

Worst server ever! Cesar M gave us attitude while ordering. I could not even hear him well due to the fact that he was wearing a mask. He stated "are you even ready to order if not I can help someone else that is ready" with the most disgusting attitude.
If you hate your job so much find another. As for the food, fried chicken was salty as hell and my daughter didn't even like her pancakes and stated they smelled bad. You can taste the uncooked batter through the pancakes.
Also, Cesar M rushed us and placed our receipt on the table right when we received our food. He did this to other tables as well to rush us all. Never coming back, worst server ever.
