To begin, the food I had at this Dickey's location was amazing! Everything tasted great. However, I am only giving this location two stars due to the customer service and cleanliness. I came in around 7:00 on and there weren't any people on the restaurant but pretty much every table was dirty and/or sticky. It looked very messy. Well, I really had hoped that this location could turn itself around. We've given it many chances despite cold food, watery ice cream, wild hair without hairnets, and constantly running out of food at 5pm. Tonight was the last. The regional manager was even in the restaurant at the time. He was very nice and tried to help, but when you are working with a completely incompetent location there's not much you can do. My kids said their grilled cheese was "pretty good" and the mac and cheese was good. I got a 1 Meat Plate with chicken breast. I was sorely disappointed in my meal. There were only two small slices of cold chicken breast (not even half of a breast), the green beans were watery and look like they came out of a can, the barbecue beans were the best thing on my plate.
