This location isnt the best . Next to a freeway . The sitting area outside is tiny and with view of the parking lot.the parking lot is always full very few spot . The inside is dark kinda cramp . The line block the door entrance quick .the coffee here is overpriced compare to other locations . 3.19$ for medium hot coffee in fv , i pay 2.79$ everywhere else .

The kid with long overgrown curly hair. Seems not to care or pay attention to what people order. I paid for my order and got someone else's order I didn't notice until I got home. Too much of a hassle to go back. I don't think they deserve to get 20 an hr.

The drive thru set up is a little strange. Potholes are pretty much unavoidable at any entrance.I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato. Very little ice, more milk than anything and didn't taste like caramel.This wasn't my first time at this location, but it is very hit and miss.With the new Dutch Bros coffee opening just up the street, I may carve out an extra 10 minutes of wait time to know my drink is going to be worth the price.

At least half a dozen times I’ve been to this location they do not have the door unlocked to walk in at service hours. I’ve been asked to go in the drive through on some occasions instead of being able to walk in.
The Toasted White Chocolate Iced and Caramel Craze Iced Signature Lattes are better than any iced latte from Starbucks.

I just ordered via Uber eats this morning and I am disappointed my croissant is burnt a can bearly chew it , my iced coffee came without creamer or hazelnut as I listed. Never agian ill sick to McDonald's.

My boyfriend and I come here a lot. We love Dunkin and usually it's pretty good, but we have noticed that when it's early in the morning, there's a higher chance of getting a wrong order and a not so good attitude.Tbh I get that early morning can be not the easiest shift, but letting it leak out onto customers might not be the move. I usually get a chai hot with vanilla, but the last couple times had to make sure it wasn't the vanilla swirl since that has dairy, and I'm lactose intolerant plus have to be on a low histamine diet. This morning the drive thru employee definitely had that "ugh what" type of vibe when my boyfriend tried to clarify which vanilla. When we got to the drive thru, she just gave my boyfriend his iced coffee and my small hot cup without confirming the order, or even looking at him, and he had to say "thanks have a nice day" or she wouldn't have talked to him past the total.I usually wait a few minutes before drinking my drink since it's hot and when I tasted it, I knew something was off because my tongue felt weird and I only tasted coffee. Instead of a hot chai (which is less disruptive for a low histamine diet than coffee), I was given a coffee with FIVE creams-so my lactose intolerance was immediately triggered. I recommend coming here later in the day and maybe not on Sundays, and double check before leaving which I should've done, instead of trusting whoever's working.

Lovely Dunkin to frequent if you don't like getting your order and if you love having the employees sorting their personal clothing while you wait. Not only were we immediately charged for our full order, we were also greeted with hostility when we told them the food portion was missing (keep in mind, after swiping our card they proceeded to go right back to their clothing packages). As stated, clothing was strewn on the counters with SHEIN packages, we even had to wait to order when nobody else was around (we now know why). We love queens that steal their companies time, go girls, make your families proud!
